Recipes and ingredients:
Recipes 1
1 cup oatmeal.
Strawberries.
banana and apple.
100 ml water.
oil for frying.
Recipes 2
1 cup oatmeal.
200 ml warm water.
Leave on for 10 minutes.
2 apples.
50ml water.
2 eggs.
80g raisins.
80 g cranberries.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
1 TBSP. Stevia sweetener.
50g walnuts.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 45 minutes.
Let cool down.
Recipes 3
1 cup nuts.
2 bananas.
1 teaspoon ginger.
1 cup oatmeal.
Cinnamon.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 25 minutes.
Recipes 4
1 cup oatmeal.
50g nuts.
60 g cranberries.
1 tablespoon sweetener.
2 apples.
100 ml water.
1 egg.
Butter or avocado oil.
Place in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Recipes 5
1 cup oatmeal.
1 banana.
2 tablespoons apricot jam.
2 tablespoons butter.
50g oat flakes.
50g nuts.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 35 minutes.
