What is going on everybody, this is TGA, and in today's video, we're still in Leicester at Leicester Train Station, where a rail staff member loses his rag with @AY-Audits, he must really not like cameras, but, overall this was a great video, and we had positive interactions with BTP and many of the other EMR staff members.
Thanks for your comments everyone, apart from those exposing me and messaging my family. I appreciate the criticism regarding Auditing Yorkshire’s behaviour, that’s why it’s glad that im with him so I can bring him down to mellow level. And 99 times out of 10 Auditing Yorkshire is reasonable, but sometimes he has a lapse of judgement, which we all do, and gaps in our knowledge of certain byelaws, which thankfully I am aware of most of. So, in many ways it’s good that we’re working together to learn from eachother, and I also appreciate that the language we use can be taken as childish and I’ll work on bringing the original reasonable TGA approach back. Common pattern with this auditing Yorkshire. He talks a big game about how he's a sound guy and how he describes himself etc in his videos but his actions contradict what he says. Bell end and a blagger.

I would say AY’s actions on this occasion weren’t perfect, but he understood

Train stations are not public land, they are business premises which you can be turfed off. You had no right to film the women in the booking office when they asked you to stop let alone that crap that kicked off on the platform.
Another auditor who needs another auditor to back him up in the difficult situations and the Rail work on the platform was Completely in the right 100% and I am so pleased raised his voice are you and the Police Officer explain the Bye-Laws but it seems all these auditors don't understand the Bye Laws and I would always ask Permission and consent to film and these Stupid and Disrespectful auditors Don't care about that all they care about is causing lots of stress to staff works and the police officers have you got anything better to do other than wind up the police officers and rail staff who do amazing job keeping us safe

@The Gwent Auditor / TGA hiya TGA PLEASE,please after what AY got up too a couple of days ago, opening a police van door,stay away from him he is a liability who will bring you down to his level. After watching this video again, his behaviour is disgraceful, and you are trying to cover it up. It must be affecting your enjoyment of auditing having to look out for him constantly. You don't need him.
The train spotter over reacted , he shouldn't have spoken to the platform staff whilst the train was departing. He has duties to observe. You were allowed on the platform to take your photo's, then you should have departed the platform, you
instead you turned around and caused a scene mate, because you were advised to keep behind the yellow line.
. The staff doing his job. KEEP BEHIND TH YELLOW LINE. Passing trains cause wind turbulence!.

I get filming in public is your mission, and I support that cause BUT bulling railway staff will only bring a ban for photography at railway station and ruining the opportunity to film locomotives. AY was good but is turning into Life Free with his gang. Keep your distance, TGA. You're better than that.

@@dinmorejunctionmodelrailway No worries, I try to help rail photography, as I’ve had goons try to stop me from photographing trains and in stations before I started auditing

It’s very strange they have a line that literally does NOTHING to stop people crossing and then staff get all flared up, the absolute hypocrisy.
@@robotsonmars1989 it does absolutely nothing psychically though, it’s a psychological tool at use. A barrier at that distance would be better and then none can go past the “safe distance” is what I was getting at. I know why it is there for of course which is no reason really xD
@@robotsonmars1989 the maintenance would be fine if used same automated mechanism as the ticket barriers. The technology is there so it’s thinner than the line. Would also produce more jobs for maintenance teams. And rush hour is only if your in the rat race. Other than that we Havnt moved from lines since well forever I guess, it’s only a line it isn’t going to psychically stop anyone. I know what your saying though don’t worry lol just very strange how they’ve not implemented a better “safer” barrier in general by now.

That bridge to the platforms used to be a 'Public Footpath' there used to be signs saying so. That was 30/35 years ago though.

If its all about a bit of swearing then it's not a breach of any bylaw. No way can the railway emoyee be seriously upset at being called a sausage. It was all about his perceived authority disappearing in puff of smoke.
Yeah that’s true, although there are byelaws regarding health and safety risks such as stepping over the yellow line

What camera do you use
Back when this video was filmed, I used a Sony ZV-1. I now use a DJI Pocket 2 and GoPro Hero 12
You should go to selly oak train station they got an rude ticket staff called Bret who likes to shout at train spotters

Railways police used to be nothing more than specials/PCSOs ,,, has it changed now?
There’s a lot of PCSO’s in BTP, but the PC’s have the same powers as a Constable on railway premises
