Seattle is HORRIBLE for its over development and sky high cost. How much does your area change? Gig harbor is getting also over developed unlike when I resided there in the 1980s.

I live in hoquiam on Emerson I love it. and so do my chickens.
Is the rental market strong? Was thinking of buying a duplex and renting them out.
Peoples in this town they are very friendly , Hoquiam is a beautiful town with that smells of nature!.

It's not just Hoquiam that smells. Aberdeen is worse. I moved to the south and put these towns behind me.
People really are nice here. I bought a house here a year and a half ago, and haven't had a bad experience yet.
