      Hi Dee & Mr Ace! It was an interesting episode wasn't it. Sometimes content comes together just perfectly and even though this was over a course of 10 days I think I tied it well together. I also brought back a little narration which I probably need to do more of. Thanks for stopping in and saying hello. As always we love when you drop in. Take care.

      Hi Joann. Yes this was a fun little trip. We absolutely enjoyed our time in Seward. It definitely wasn't enough time but the fun part is it's just a 4 hour drive if and when we want to go back. Thanks for stopping in and leaviing a comment. Glad you enjoyed it. More adventure is on the horizon so stay tunned.

    Thank you for sharing your fun road trip! I really appreciate the time and effort you took to make it and it turned out so good. Still dreaming of driving up to Alaska from Oregon someday.

      Glad you enjoyed it! I was a little behind the ball on this one this week and produced it on Tuesday while traveling to our next exciting adventure. Considering how late I was in making it I too really liked how it turned out. It's helpful when we shoot great content. LOL Thanks for stopping by and saying hello.

    🇨🇦Great video. I've been away and had a few to catch up on. They were so informative. We decided we need to make another camping trip to Alaska. Weve been there in the spring which wss wonderful. When would the 3nd red run be? We dont fish but wld like to see the salmon, bears and eagles. When's the best time? I love to see how much you enjoy the nature and that you encourage people to dress appropriately and "get out there."

      It’s going really well. We are 4 weeks in and although the scale doesn’t show much change from our 2 week report my clothing is getting looser. I’ll take it as a win.

      Also look into the Lion diet, that's even stricter! When people plateau on weight loss they try that. Good luck!

    So beautiful out there. How’s your carnivore diet going? We’re did you find what you can eat and what not to? And how hard has it been to just eat that? Thanks. Been wanting to try it

    • @LivingFreeAlaska
      @LivingFreeAlaska  4 місяці тому +1

      The hardest part is just wrapping your mind around just meat. All our lives we've been taught to eat your veggies and fruits. It does get frustrating at the grocery store when looking at foods at the ingredient list how much crap is put in our foods. Even foods that are labeled sugar free have artificial sugars so you have to be cognizant of it all. I am only about 12lbs down but I can feel my clothes are getting looser and I have way more energy. Something is happening and I am committed for 2 more months to see how it goes. Gary has lost more weight but it falls off men so much easier than women. Oh and our main source of education has been here on UA-cam. We really like Dr KenBerry MD's videos.
