Gday mate im a motor trimmer form Australia. To get rid of fullness Just put the seat outside in the sun for a day or use a towel over the top of the seat and pour boil water over the towel
I have wrapped a rsv4 seat before best thing you can do is take the cover all the way off and use some spray carpet adhesive to stick it down as Aprilia themselves do it on some of the other models using the same seat (125cc versions in Europe)
Using high quality parts makes it such a better build ,with the carbon put some copper grease on the screws first and turn the screw a bit then back it out until the screw has cut a thread into the mounting lug and for the ones that have snapped use 2 part epoxy glue from the home depo ,good job looks brilliant
Cj media, when a state officer inspects your bike what do they check for, cuz I have a Copart savage title bike and next month I’m getting mines inspected what should I expect? 😮
This is a much better solution for your lighting problem. I bought mine at Fleet Farm. Bergen 100 Watt LED Hi-Bay Work Light. Also buy the wireless switch to make it super convenient. Two of those will be brighter than all 10 of your fluorescent tubes😂
I was thinking Red Rizoma Mirrors. Or half the mount in Red. To where the Mirror twists. Or just the edge's with a Red pinstripes. To tie into the Red Tail Fen would look good. Or Paint the Hand Wind deflector Red you're not a fan of. To help tie to the Tail Fen. Either way she's a Head Turner.
hi CJ, my name is Ruud and I live in the Netherlands. I always look forward to a new video from you. I love how you rebuild the motorcycles and cars full of enthusiasm. I hope to see many more projects from you. I think you are an inspiration to many. maybe I missed something, but where did the BMW go? Did you sell it? Kind regards, Ruud Dekkers from the Netherlands 👍👍👍
Riv nuts should do it? I could be wrong but I personally would try that, putting the riv nut on the underside piece, then drill a hole big enough that's slightly tight to connect the upper piece with a couple washers to the underside riv nut, would that work or just rip off?
RSV is lookin goood love the Carbon I'm slowly doing same to my Tuono. If you come across a Carbon rear wheel scoop like on the X model, I would love to know
Your rotor ducts won’t last long with those nuts on, you need lock nuts. ‘Nylon may do but it all depends on how hot they get. Maybe try drilling and taping the carbon for normal screws rather than self tapers and use locktite. Carbon does look good though, keep this bike coming or try a Tuono, it’ll blow your mind
brake rotor cooling is useless, the brake caliper needs cooling. the brembo m50 used to get a fading at high speed tracks like mugello or hockenheim gp.
FINALLY A RSV4 UPLOAD! LEZZZGOOWW! 🔥
cht aluminum paint. Has aluminum in it. Used on my xr1200 triple trees.
The Ducati Aprilia rsv4 MV Agusta troublemakers they are as fun as hell you always have a laugh riding them
Almost full Matte Carbon fiber Aprilia rsv4 base model superbike!!! Amazing work! Italian masterpiece
This motorcycle is BRUTAL!
Your videos are also very, very good!!! Thank You.
Dude i follow you from Egypt can't watch your entire videos for not having much time but you are a LEGEND
Gday mate im a motor trimmer form Australia. To get rid of fullness Just put the seat outside in the sun for a day or use a towel over the top of the seat and pour boil water over the towel
I got a Tappezzeria on my RSV4 with memory foam. Best upgrade!
Been waiting for this too long!❤
Needs some aprilia decals livery for sure CJ !!! and the front aprilia winglets😊😊😊
use some contact adhesive under the seat to glue that bit down. then stretch and staple
You have to say, the Italians make some great looking bikes, and then improved upon by you
Ugh.... that RSV4 sound is soooooooo good....😍😍😍😍
That's a thing of beaty! You sure did a great job!
make sure the pinch bolts on the fork bottoms aren't over torques I have seen those snap plenty of times
SO glad you finally got the pneumatic staple gun!! Life changing, isn't it?!
Loving the carbon fibre look, but those bolts replacing the pinch bolts would mess with my head....
I have wrapped a rsv4 seat before best thing you can do is take the cover all the way off and use some spray carpet adhesive to stick it down as Aprilia themselves do it on some of the other models using the same seat (125cc versions in Europe)
Killer build......keep em going

That dry carbon is amazing
THAT'S A MASTERPIECE, CJ. Your MASTERPIECE!!
CJ got me looking at copart for wrecked bikes!
Hello from INDONESIA 🇲🇨
Kabar baik? 😊
@@trygvejohannesen4202 sangat baik🔥
Iya bang
Heeh mang kalem. 😂
sudah makan?
indonesia selalu menonton mu CJ 👍👍👍
for the seat. warm it up with a heatgun on low or hairdryer and THEN pull/staple it in.... that should help it settle!
Use a heat gun when installing the seat cover. Makes a world of difference
Put some stickers on the bike to break or highlight the carbon. Pinstripes or something. Still loving the vids and still waiting on a GSXR
🎉🎉🎉Just ordered some hoodies thanks for the hookup 🎉🎉🎉 can't wait to see the north Carolina blue 💙 let's goo 😄
There's a road called the Dragon between Carolina and Tennessee , super Kool something of 300 turns in 20miles 😊❤
Nice build CJ the bike is looking fire! I also rebuild bikes myself and love watching your vids keep it up.
You need to use glue on your seat for the high spot
Amazing!!! What a mechanic you are!
This is about the nicest looking bike yet.
Do rivets. And since it's carbon. Use washers on both sides. That way it don't Crack the carbon and has a firm grip on. When pressing it on.
Broo I am in love with this colour scheme definitely worth watching your videos
But you should probably upgrade your GoPro set to 12
Kayaknya banyak penonton dari indo
What a bike man
Just put a chunk of sponge under the seat cover then staple the middle back together on the back.
🤌A work of art! Looks killer!!! 🔥🔥🔥
Heat the leather or vinyl with a blow dryer to soften the material then pull it tight 😊
Oh yes CJ another video!!!!
GREAT WORK BRO WHAT A BIKE !!!!

Having a suggestion,
You could make use of plastic revet's for the flaring mounts
Great job enjoy
Use adhesive for the seat leather

You did an excellent job with that bike. for how much are you going to sell it? do not forget to remove the canister to keep the heat low.
Good jobb
Small nut fixed with two part resin should work on the fairings
thats a excellent idea
Nice work 👏🏻👏🏻
nice!
Did I miss how cylinder’s block and valve rust was cleaned

First comment from India 😁

😂. That bike will get you in trouble.

Personally i think it just needs a little something to break up all the carbon some Aprillia decals or something
⚡💥🔥
Guerreiro 🐜
Wow 🥰
brake rotor cooling is useless, the brake caliper needs cooling. the brembo m50 used to get a fading at high speed tracks like mugello or hockenheim gp.

kiwww kiwwww kukk geruuuuu
❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
The bike is really beautiful and the brutal sound, but I don't understand the concept of a rear seat, or no seat, Aprilia stuff. 😂🤷♂️
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
🤘🏼
Nice Ape killer
Can you tell me the carbon brand name or the store where I can buy it?😇
How is the fitment of the carbon side fairing under the seat?
👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
O som que essa moto faz é muito bonito, diferenciado
Keren
which Loka motorcycle here in my country does not have this model 🇧🇷
I would try to epoxy some nuts on the backside for screws
