Thanks Dave! 3 years goes by quickly. What is fun for me is I do not have a clue what new videos await, because I do not know what I’ll want to work on more than a couple weeks out. So I’ll be as surprised as anyone.
Learned something new today, had never cut roots. Think I left ours in the ground too long. I had resorted to processing in the dryer to insure onions to use all year.
whatever works David :) Learning a lot this year. More than doubled the size of the garden and I figured out a few things, one is plant more onions, two is plant less tomatoes and zucchini, and I guess three would be a question... are potatoes worth it? They take up so much space for something that costs the least to buy. Anyways, hope all is well, thanks as always for the feedback.

Looking good. I never had much luck growing onions.
I was surprised as well. Ones at the house garden were a complete fail.
