Ingredients:
2lb [1Kg] Sweet Potato
▪ Sugar Syrup
8Tbsp Coconut Milk
8Tbsp Sugar
¼tsp Salt
▪ Thick Coconut Cream Sauce
1cup [250ml] Coconut Milk
1Tbsp Sugar
¼tsp Salt
1Tbsp Corn Starch + 2Tbsp Water
Spring Onion (Optional)
