Caramelized Sweet Potatoes with Coconut Meat - របៀបធ្វើដំឡូងជ្វាឆឹង

Caramelized sweet potatoes dessert is quite popular snack in Cambodia. The recipe is quite simple and easy to make. You can make it at home and enjoy it with your family.
Ingredients:
1000g Sweet potatoes
150g palm sugar (add more or less as you like)
1tsp salt
200ml coconut milk
Some extra coconut milk (add more in case sugar syrup become less and sweet potatoes aren't cooked well yet)
Shredded Coconut meat
* To soak sweet potatoes
1L water
1tsp red lime water
