President Ronald Reagan issued a proclamation in 1987 declaring March as Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month, this was to increase awareness of people that live with a Developmental Disability. Thirty -six years later The Communities of Don Guanella and Divine Providence continue to promote, celebrate and build awareness of the amazing lives and abilities of the people we serve.
