Took mine to a shop to have gaskets and vanos covers replaced. Already leaking sweating which is highly annoying lol considering going NRW and doing it myself this time, great video!!
Those turbo 6 boys can bang out any horsepower numbers they want in their newer beemers, but nothing beats the neatness and simplicity and sound of an S65 V8, that I'll take anyday over a higher hp 6
Hey man, great video. I know oil is a touchy subject for everyone, but I will say I'm apart of the E9X M3 owners group and its heavily discussed. Motul has the worst cold flow ratings out of all the 10w-60 oils. In fact, people running motul also have the most amount of blown engines. I'd look into it a little more, but I'd highly recommend moving to redline 5w-50 (which is more like a "thinner" 10w-60 oil). Another alternative is the bmw twin power turbo, which is based on shell helix ultra and has really good flow characteristics. Again, I know its a touchy subject, but I thought I'd share. Anyway love the videos and love the M3. Keep up the awesome work!
It would basically be a check of the oil on replacement and maybe a oil pan off check from time to time wouldn't it be ? Would like to know your opinion on this further
Were glad🙏 to be part of your build.. And that E92M3 is 👌..
Thank you!
Good work Jonathan. Huge improvement!
Thanks!
Did mine last weekend. So far so good!
Once again I imagine my wallet getting thinner and thinner....
You've got the blueprint for E9x longevitiy and performance mods. My wallet shrinks every time I watch. 🙂 Keep it up!
Thanks, will do!
Amazing watching you and your brand grow bro. From the 328 days…to evolve in the comments. 👏💪👍
I appreciate that!
Nicely done, with the added touch of a comment from Evolve! 😮

FYI..sweating gaskets is normal for a German car….10 year Audi tech.
All I can say is nice. Can't wait to get back working on the clone
The gold is such a nice touch.

Enjoying the DIY stuff

Had my e90 m3 serviced at Turner motorsports for a long time. They ran Liqui Moly 10w60 in all their race cars, and so do I.
@@cpy Liqui Moly 10w-60 is fine. Its just a little thin for for a 10w-60. Its closer to 5w-50 in specification.
Literally when showing the Vanos timing covers “clean that fucking shit out!…….thank you” lol.
Bring back the carbon boot and add carbon bumpers and hood for super light weight mode
Where’s the link for the workbench you bought?
Love this, let's gooo

Hey what happened to the trunk wing? Didn't like it?
I’m having my bodyshop reclear it. I didn’t like the gel coat finish.
easy enough to DIY?
Do main bearings give you any concern?
I’d be lying if I said I didn’t think about them every now and then

This is why you change your oil every 2500 miles
