When you work in the service industry, your main task is to provide consistent quality service, regardless of ethnicity. Whatever personal biases you may have should be kept away from your place of work.

Thank you SNOOP. EVery person on this earth deserves RESPECT. That's why I can truly say and mean it. God is good all the time. Hello I've worked in restaurants and when I became a team leader I instructed my staff that I didn't want no order's to come back and customers complain. If so I wrote them up and informed them listen read and report order's. Cause there's always someone truly in need of a job. So keep up the good job. Customer service means treat people with the respect and dignity you want in return because at the end of the day. Every body needs to understand what you put out in life it does come back. Good or bad. God will bring you back Full Circle. Trust

I believe all things that were detected and then addressed were on point. Most effective was when Snoop allowed the culprits to leave on their own without him having to tell them. At least they had that self awareness about themselves to make the move! They knew they were wrong. So thankful there was consistency in pinpointing those who were unprofessional and less than worthy of the position. Overall great life lessons were executed and learned. Thanks my sweetheart Snoop! This story is both infuriating and inspiring. It’s shocking to see how people’s biases and assumptions can blind them, leading to outright disrespect. Jessica’s behavior toward Snoop Dogg reflects a deeper societal issue-judging people by appearances instead of character. But what truly stands out is how Snoop handled the situation. Instead of reacting impulsively, he observed, reflected, and used his influence to address the problem at its core.
His calm yet powerful approach sends a clear message about leadership and accountability. It’s not just about owning a business; it’s about ensuring your values are upheld and creating a space where everyone feels respected. Watching the employees realize the consequences of their actions must’ve been a mix of vindication and justice.
What would you do if you were in Snoop’s position? Would you reveal your identity immediately, or would you wait and let them dig their own hole? This scenario is a reminder to treat everyone with kindness because you never know who might be on the receiving end. Props to Snoop for turning a moment of disrespect into an opportunity for change.

It's a shame that in this day and time anyone has to be told how to treat people. I like the way Snoop handled this situation.

In these days and ages people should learn from each other about experiencing racism. When you miss treat people sooner or later, what goes around comes around, it usually comes back in the worst way, and when you least expected it. 😮

Working with the public is only for those who enjoy working with them. If your attitude is foul don’t work there. Racism is not the place for restaurants or anywhere. We all were created equal, and not treated equally. We’re always getting side eyed when we walk into a store. Respect is due to all of us dealing with the public.

To have them go through a program i think was the best decision. In order to improve the way they were acting and thinking also acknowledging that some of the people will not make it through the program. It was 100% the right thing to do in some cases people are just raised to be prejudice. And the system needs to change the way we here and see things and life will improve for all of us 100%.

Thank you Snoop for reminding and teaching people that they should be kinder and respectful to others no matter who they are. The actions used by some to belittle; disrespect and make themselves look they are better and bigger, only comes back on the person themselves. Either now or later. Great Job Snoop. Much appreciation.

The staff got what they deserved, you can't treat people any kind of way, customers are what keeps the business going no matter the race, snoop dog handling the situation professional but sternly, it cost nothing to be polite, treat people how you want to be treated, I have much respect for snoop dog on how he handled the situation, we need more business people like this
