Boss, sharing experience of an OCLD from his own mouth is a relevant video but you should have also included about how hotel industry is going to recover from this pandemic, what are his views on it and where he's standing right now after cracking OCLD long back . There are different rounds in OCLD, each round they try to judge on a different basis, semi finals, then a telephonic conversation with the British Council to check the fluency which conversation on call and then the last round with Mr. P R S Oberoi who just checks the way we walk and sit and just a random conversation. I believe these points should have been included in the video which will help the new students enlighten and ease them to prepare themselves from now onwards.

This industry Actually needs lots of patients and stemina.
Have been shortlisted for OCLD in 2019 and I have also been selected for an internship program in Hong Kong.
Lack of proper guidance I have completed my training in a 5star property in Hong Kong (covid19 outbreak was unexpected).
Now that I truly understand the importance of OCLD program is there a way to enroll?

Sir I am 14 year old I do cook some good food but I don't know to plate it. How can I learn it🙏
please read it carefully without skipping a single word. I ask you to understand how the food's 3 t which is texture taste and temperature of the food then you can use the platters with clean colour like black for foods with light shade like gravy of red colour white pasta salads like lettuce cucumber potatoes and tometoes where white for dark coloured food like gravies of palak (spinch) then you can prefer some salads like beet root where on white plates you can also present deserts like chocolate cakes . then use different cookreys for plateing like spoons for dropping the sauces brushes to give strokes in sauce seive ( chani) for sugar dusting pluckers for placeing micro greens , parsley ( dhanya ), extra . try to place sauces or dressing at bodders of the plate and star dish at side to centre of the plate garnish on top of star dish and in case of the use of salad you can use a bowl place sallad try to do give it more dressing on top then your source of protein on top of it like grilled chicken /fish fillet , panner ( cottage cheese) . by the way plateing skills will also get improved with practice. brother at last I want to to tell you that I have been cooking food from age of 7 and now I am of 15 and I can understand you at the time of plateing some time body starts shivering and fear of failure too is present but it's time to learn not to leave so keep doing your best

Ask your college management if they visit to your clg or not for recruitment otherwise you can apply on walkin interview days directly by appearing that day on the venue.
