I don't know why there is so much bashing on this guy. He knows that he's doing something wrong, that is the reason he wanted to fix his finances. On top of that he's being open about it so that others can learn from this video. Takes a lot of courage to discuss finances openly. My respect is with him

The problem people make (including me) while buying a car is that we fail to calculate expenses apart from the loan amount. We ignore fuel expenses, maintenance, toll, accessories etc. This amount almost is 50% to 100% of the loan amount depending on the loan value. Eventually people learn the hard way.

I find myself pretty well positioned after 6-7 years of work experience; my cash flows are pretty streamlined, and these short-term expenses are just a matter of 3-4 years. The video doesn`t tell about assets, bank balances or PF, EPF or NPS of family members. Can`t disclose everything for a UA-cam video. For those making fun of this guy.Look at the confidence in his voice.
Know that he has a big cushion, that's his dad n mom's savings.
I am pretty sure they would have done well in their finances and he consciously or subconsciously knows that he can rely on them if he slips.
Secondly he has a wise wife who does the savings and should have some emergency savings already..
Even if he saves 30% of his income for the next 10 years he is done.
He is in a job whose skill only becomes better with age - customer success and his income is only going to rise with an IIM tag. I am happy he is living his life..
All the more power to him. I would advice him to give some to charity purposes 👍👍

I love my car and made a very good decision to wait and not take a loan. I believe this is exactly what these people lack in today’s time - sense of delayed gratification!!

So the wife when enjoying this much perks from this family will never leave him
