when i use ctrl+F in word 2013, the match prefix and suffix options get ticked automatically which stops me from finding all the words am searching for. How to disable this?

How do I get this option tab on the top right to begin with?

But it's not there on Word 2016 for *Mac* 😥
I looked all over for options on how to get it, but I gave up.

Is there a way (without going page by page) to find text in RED or Green to take it all out in one big change? I'm red/green color deficient and would love to not hunt for what I find almost impossible to find. A sort of search by color

Yes, it is possible to search by formatting (although it’s a little complicated). You’ll first need to click the Replace command, and then in the dialog box click the More button. This will open some additional options. Click inside the “Find what” field and then click Format > Font (at the bottom of the dialog box). You can then choose the color you want to search for. Then, you’ll need to click inside the “Replace with” field and click Format > Font again to select the color you want to change it to. Once you’ve set these options, you can use Replace All to change the formatting throughout the document. Hope this helps!
