He should have gone to the estates (projects) in Peckham, Hackney, Brixton and so on. London has had some of the best real hip hop MC’s around and used to have a strong scene. Grime took over but there are still real rappers out there. Go look up Cyrus Malachi, Melanin 9, Triple Darkness and so on.. Or go back and look up Jehst, Taskforce, Skinnyman, Phi Life Cypher, Poisonous Poets etc. Hip hop culture has been in London since the early 80’s.

Not only did it prove he was freestyling off the dome (which people love to react to) but harry was trying to complete the rhymes "read" and "shirt" which he used "freak this verse" as a filler, coincidently matching the shirt, reacting to it the fact he didnt mean to do that while completing the rhyme scheme with "i aint even see this first" then hits the home run transitioning the idea into the second word "brother"

This guy is such a special talent. I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone so adaptable to whatever environment they are in. You could stick Harry Mack in any location in the world and he’d find a way to relate to the local people and bring smiles to their faces. As a Londoner, he’s lucky I wasn’t in town when he was there because I would have been a complete crazy fanboy if I’d seen him lol. I have got so much love and respect for this dude man.

I’ve been a huge hip hop fan for 25 years. I’ve gotten deeper and deeper over the years. Every great artist inspires a tangent of research for me. Kendrick, Biggie, DOOM, Tyler, Del, Aesop, Nas, Pac, Weezy, Em, Jay……..Harry Mack has inspired more research from me than any other rapper. I’m interested in structures and techniques. I still have no f…ing clue how what Harry does is possible. I think I’ve watched almost everything he’s put out. It just doesn’t make sense. He’s an alien.

Even some of the best rappers like Eminem or others, a lot of times what they say is stuff they've already thought of everything that Harry Mack says is off the top of the head. That's why people gather around him because it's unbelievable that he can do it that well.
I think what I like about what he does is that he already gets his line of rapping during the question phase. Eg: When he was speaking to the Australians "you can tell by accent" he knew as soon as they gave the word Opera House. he knew it was heading down the Sydney chain and international words.
What he does do is incredible, having great general knowledge and putting what you know to beats is amazing.
