Lacey Turner is such an amazing actress. I saw her on Call The Midwife and she was brilliant. She should have won a Emmy Award (The US's Highest Honor) for TV. She and Brooke Vincent are wonderful role models on how to handle their fame.
It's sad to know that Guys like Bradley can be so sweet and get their Hearts broken because Girls like Stacey don't believe that they are worthy of being treated nice by a Guy. She's never had a proper relationship with her Father and Uncle Charlie meant well but he had enough "Drama" with his own Daughters.

Technically speaking Stacey didn't actually cheat on Bradley with Max-Bradley had told her they were over after her humiliating showdown at his work do and throughout Stacey & Max's affair that had remained the case. Stacey wanting to hurt Bradley in the worst possible way as revenge and subsequently turning into a home wrecker ruining Tanya's marriage and family was where she went wrong
Yeah, and I think we tend to forget that Bradley wasn't an angel either for the way he treated Stacey (making her get that abortion is particularly cruel). Max is the biggest villain though. Stacey pursued him because she was young, hurt and trying to get revenge. Him being a married adult man with a family should have known better. But then this is Max. If he had left Stacey alone after he got back from Spain like she told him to, that video would never have happened.
There are some women who aren't used to be treated nice by a guy. It's too boring, too predictable. Also, she doesn't exactly have a proper Man in her life. Her Father's not around and The Slaters had their share of ups and downs with men.
On Guiding Light there was Roger/Holly, Josh/Reva & Beth/Phillip in The US. No matter who they dated, married and the like they couldn't be without each other. It's like they thrive on drama because they never knew life in a Drama Free environment.
You know, if the producers hadn't turned Stacey into a conniving, nasty cow to this day, I'd still love her to bits. After everything Martin did for her when she was ill she threw it back in his face.
If Martin didn't have such a scarcity mindset and actually had some self-respect, he would have steered well clear of Stacey and found someone much better and have a much better life.

That was just a one-off with Max because he d managed to get right under her skin again like he always does and she probably just felt pity for him as he had become the square outcast. She quickly regretted her actions as soon as she came to her senses and realized that it was just another one of his mind games. Despite everything she really did love Martin and she deserves him more than that evil spiteful manipulative bitter cow Ruby

I liked Stacey and Bradley until she had that affair with his father. Kissing Max on her wedding day to Bradley. Bradley forgave her but I never did because I did'nt trust that she would stay away from Max.
Not the first time Stacey has slept around whilst in a relationship. She did look particularly hot in the gold outfit for the Bond themed party though. I guess Max never really appreciated what he had in Tanya.
Yes, for some "Folks" it's like that. Also look at Karen & Caren. Caren knows "Karen" isn't Gay and she calls her on it. They showed Bloopers with Naomi & Sonia on a US Show where they showed that mistakes can happen no matter what part of the world it is. I just realized that the only interracial Couple on a US Soap were Olivia & Natalia on Guiding Light. Olivia is Irish while Natalia is Hispanic.
Claire Lally - It was toxic though. Grant had an obsession with Sharon which resulted in him being verbally and physically abusive towards her as well as being controlling and possessive.

It was so quirky when they played Sexyback by Justin Timberlake because he as a Member of N'Sync and The Backstreet Boys paid their dues in the UK where the Boy Band/Girl Group Market is alot stronger.
Boy that Chef is amazing. It's amazing to see how Eastenders, Coronation Street, and even Emmerdale have Bars/Pubs/Restaurants that are as famous as The Characters.
Eastenders have had some amazing Parties. The Stag Night for Gary then when Bob Hope Danced at a Ladies Hen Night on Emmerdale. They talk about "Oops Upside Your Head" which was a Song by The Gap Band.
Also in The Spike Lee Movie School Daze, when the Mission Tigers were losing their Homecoming Football Game, some of the Fraternity Brothers shrieked "Oops Upside Your Head, Said Oops Upside Your Head, Oops Upside Your Head I Said Oops Upside Your Head!" which was during the last week of pledging.
Not only that but he should ve been upfront with Stacey regarding his work function and colleagues how she would ve failed to fit in and cast an unfavourable impression on him right from the start. Although his heart was in the right place as he knew this would ve upset Stacey but al least he would ve dealt with the fallout in private. That still doesn't excuse her behaviour but you can understand why she acted the way she did

Weddings with Fathers/Sons as Best Man are always a disaster. Remember Mike and Mark and Linda Sykes on Coronation Street. Then on The Bold & The Beautiful Brooke Marries Eric Forrester but it's his "Eldest" Son Ridge she wants and she marries and Divorces him Nine Times, and on Guiding Light Alan Spaulding sees a Tape of his "Favorite" Son Phillip kissing his Bride Olivia on their Wedding Day.
It's the oldest Cliche in the Book. Young Girl grows up without a "Daddy" then he meets and Older Man who sweeps her off of her feet but problems always arise. Jill Foster Abbott had that with her Husband John, on The Young & The Restless, then Brooke Logan had it with Eric Forrester. They both sleep with the Son or Marry Him, or go for Younger Men for sexual fulfillment. If you can, check out John Finds Out It Was Really Jack where he realizes that the man in the blurred pictures was his "Only" Son at the time. It was too obvious especially with the legs and the mark at his forehand.
I was shocked to discover that Jake Wood is leaving Eastenders. I think it's going to affect Stacey in some way or another. Even when she didn't want him anymore, she liked knowing he was around.

Dennies was cheating on zoe with sharon so zoe slepted with den to get pregnant then dennis court them in bed then he goes tells dens wife chrissie which lead to dirty dens murder storyline with the 3 women he wronged. Jane cheated in ian with grant i mean poor jane has sufferd at lot over the years. Bradley dumps stacey so her and max had so it all got reavealed on christmas 2007 so berrys max alive in a coffin then she went with his brother jack. Am not gonna say more now cuz i think you know it all tha it carrys on and karma does.

Thorne Forrester #2 then played by Jeff Trachta "Shot" his Brother Ridge when he slept with his Wife Caroline who was drunk and didn't know it was him. However, Caroline was always in love with Ridge and when he didn't get a Love Letter that she wrote him that Thorne intercepted, and with Brooke Logan's help, they got married. Brothers going after the same woman is stuff that Soaps are made out of. Young & The Restless with Jack/Philyss/Billy and on Guiding Light it was Alan/Olivia/Phillip.

Also, when they Broadcasted EastEnders in Detroit on PBS that broadcasts Downton Abbey, Granchester & Call The Midwife were 10 Years behind at one point. Americans now more than ever love watching UK Soaps.
On American Soil there were alot of Women who fell for Older Men. Jill Foster (The Young & The Restless). Phillip Chancellor, Stuart Brooks and John Abbott (whom she married 3 times). Brooke Logan (Eric Forrester). They filled the Role that was vacated when "Daddy" left but it never worked out.
Bradley was a good boy and was too good for stacey. They didn't have anything in common however Bradley is so sweet, kind and caring. Stacey got back at Bradley and she thought I'm gonna hurt him like he hurt me and ended up ruining a marriage and broke Bradley s heart. . Red hair is beautiful / gorgeous
That's so cool! In The US they had a History of Actors/Actresses going from either All My Children/Guiding Light and Vice Versa. Then there were "Jumpers" who "Jumped" from One Soap to another which was easy because many of them were owned by Proctor & Gamble none of which are on the air. One Legendary "Jumper" was Nicholas Coster who you may remember playing Blair's Father on The Facts Of Life who was on 12 Soaps from 1960 to the early 2000's.
God Max & Stacey are just too much. They can't live or without each other. Kind of like that Mariah Carey Song "Always Be My Baby". Now Janine is back in the mix. I often wondered if those two were "In Love" with each other.

Did they actually have an affair? Here in Us we are in 2008 shows. I saw Aubrey trying with Yolande but failing. Patrick found it hard to believe Yolande when she denied the affair. I really like Patrick and Yolanda as a couple.
Stacey and Sean alongside all of The Branning family, from 2007 through to 2010, created the most iconic scenes from Eastenders. When I think back if I had to name the standout moments of the last 35 years I’d say: 1. Stacey and Max’s affair reveal and how it played out over three years. From Stacey and Bradley’s marriage, the affair, Tanya burying Max alive with the help of Sean to Bradley’s tragic death. 2. Steve Owen v’s Phil Mitchell, three years of fantastic feuding and ultimately Steve’s fatal blaze of glory. 3. The introduction of Dennis all the way through to his demise in Sharon’s arms. 4. Kat’s rape reveal and the truth surrounding Zoe’s paternity. 5. Little Mo’s domestic violence and the fatal blow with the iron, felt around the world, followed by a cheer! Chantal’s death at the hands of her husband Gray has also been covered very well, it was very relatable to anyone who had fell victim to a physical or emotional abuser. 6. Kat and Alfie’s love story 7. The Andy Hunter days 8. Sharons affair with Phil, revealed in The Queen Victoria by cassette tape! 9. Ben smashing Heather over the head with a picture frame, instantly killing her. 10. The Beppe Di Marco days! 11. Jamie Mitchell’s twists and turns as he bounced around the Mitchell clan right up until he was killed in the hit and run. 12. The very first time we saw mental health play out on national television, through the very frightening and very real scenes, in character Joe Wicks. Jean Slater has gone on to fly the mental health flag for well over a decade and has done an incredible job in doing so too. 13. The Grant and Tiffany love story which came to a sudden end when Frank Butcher killed her drunk driving. 14. The Janine era and who can forget Barry going over the cliff?! 15. Dot and Nicks turbulent relationship, rearing it’s ugly head the way a true desperate and manipulative drug addict comes in out of a family members life. Dot executed every scene she’s ever been given to perfection, she was great alongside Ethel and puppy Billy! 16. Arthur stealing the Christmas Club fund because he’d been hiding the state of their finances for many months which led to his imprisonment. 17. Christians love affair with Sanjay. The build up, the families reaction and the demise of his faith and culture, it shone a light and gave the Christian community an understanding of what is expected of a traditional Muslim son or daughter. The Masood’s covered a great deal of firsts. 18. Lauren Branning’s alcoholism and the sisters final scenes together on the very rooftop their brother lost his life a few short years earlier. (I hope in time they bring Oscar Branning back in some context, like a mini Max Branning type character. 19. Stella’s child abuse scandal and her demise from a rooftop onto a car windshield! 20. Paul and Bens love story leading up to Paul’s homophobic death. And now Ben and Callum are a great pairing. Paul’s grandparents also played a great role. 21. Kathy Beale’s hidden rape and the whole Willmott Brown years. Pete Beale always played a good part too. 22. The ever struggling but madly in love Ricky and Bianca years! 23. And finally Sam Mitchell she had too many good storylines to mention.She was good to always call on whenever they needed to get things going! Most shocking departure because it was so unexpected was to lose Ronnie and Roxy together. During those scenes you could have heard a pin drop as we all watched. Jack read bedtime stories, the huge clock ticked down the minutes until midnight then those incredible underwater shots, so chilling but an outstanding edit. Another shock death was Billy when he overdosed from a heavy night on the drink and his Mom Carol couldn’t wake him on the family couch the following morning. There were some real raw scenes there. The who killed Lucy Beale and the who shot Phil Mitchel, both storylines were dragged out way too long and by the time the killers were revealed the viewers were kind of over it. And bringing Kathy back from the dead was also a step too far. Characters gone too soon for me would be Dawn Swan, Mickey Swan, Paul Truman and Vincent Hubbard. Favourite young charters would be first of all Tiffany, it rarely happens when a child actor plays a character all the way through to adulthood She’s been great throughout and another was Hunter he was supper talented for his age.w
Oh here's a funny story. They did a Salute to UK Shows with The Late Dick Clark (American Bandstand) & Ed McMahon (Star Search, The Tonight Show) where they showed US Fans that UK Bloopers are just as funny.
Naomi must have been the First and Only Black Lesbian on a UK Soap. In The US on Soaps we don't have that. The Only Lesbian Woman Of Color was Natalia Rivera who is Puerto Rican on Guiding Light. Sonia was only with Naomi to rebel, it wasn't real.
Yes. Sometimes a Character does "better" on One Soap than The One they debuted on. Kate Ford was on Eastenders but has found success as Tracy Barlow #4 on Coronation Street. Rob Mallard was Lawrence's "Boy Toy Wannabe" on Emmerdale but now plays Daniel on Coronation Street. Also isn't it amazing that Simone Lahbib will be joining Eastenders. What A Reunion that's going to be since she worked with Luisa Bradshaw-White, Linda Henry on Bad Girls. She didn't work with Kellie Bright but she's another Bad Girls Alumni.
I personally think that Lauren is spoilt and shouty and spiteful and Kat is a mouthy little slag but I do kinda like the others however Stacey and jean can get on my nerves sometimes

Weddings with Fathers/Sons as Best Man are always a disaster. Remember Mike and Mark and Linda Sykes on Coronation Street. Then on The Bold & The Beautiful Brooke Marries Eric Forrester but it's his "Eldest" Son Ridge she wants and she marries and Divorces him Nine Times, and on Guiding Light Alan Spaulding sees a Tape of his "Favorite" Son Phillip kissing his Bride Olivia on their Wedding Day.
It's the oldest Cliche in the Book. Young Girl grows up without a "Daddy" then he meets and Older Man who sweeps her off of her feet but problems always arise. Jill Foster Abbott had that with her Husband John, on The Young & The Restless, then Brooke Logan had it with Eric Forrester. They both sleep with the Son or Marry Him, or go for Younger Men for sexual fulfillment. If you can, check out John Finds Out It Was Really Jack where he realizes that the man in the blurred pictures was his "Only" Son at the time. It was too obvious especially with the legs and the mark at his forehand.
The current Martin isn't anywhere near as thick and uncultured as this one!

Jane cheated in ian with grant i mean poor jane has sufferd at lot over the years. Bradley dumps stacey so her and max had so it all got reavealed on christmas 2007 so berrys max alive in a coffin then she went with his brother jack. Am not gonna say more now cuz i think you know it all tha it carrys on and karma does.

Brothers going after the same woman is stuff that Soaps are made out of. Young & The Restless with Jack/Philyss/Billy and on Guiding Light it was Alan/Olivia/Phillip.

Also, when they Broadcasted EastEnders in Detroit on PBS that broadcasts Downton Abbey, Granchester & Call The Midwife were 10 Years behind at one point. Americans now more than ever love watching UK Soaps.
On American Soil there were alot of Women who fell for Older Men. Jill Foster (The Young & The Restless). Phillip Chancellor, Stuart Brooks and John Abbott (whom she married 3 times). Brooke Logan (Eric Forrester). They filled the Role that was vacated when "Daddy" left but it never worked out.
Bradley was a good boy and was too good for stacey. They didn't have anything in common however Bradley is so sweet, kind and caring. Stacey got back at Bradley and she thought I'm gonna hurt him like he hurt me and ended up ruining a marriage and broke Bradley s heart. . Red hair is beautiful / gorgeous

Then there were "Jumpers" who "Jumped" from One Soap to another which was easy because many of them were owned by Proctor & Gamble none of which are on the air. One Legendary "Jumper" was Nicholas Coster who you may remember playing Blair's Father on The Facts Of Life who was on 12 Soaps from 1960 to the early 2000's.

Stacey and Sean alongside all of The Branning family, from 2007 through to 2010, created the most iconic scenes from Eastenders. When I think back if I had to name the standout moments of the last 35 years I’d say:
1. Stacey and Max’s affair reveal and how it played out over three years. From Stacey and Bradley’s marriage, the affair, Tanya burying Max alive with the help of Sean to Bradley’s tragic death.
2. Steve Owen v’s Phil Mitchell, three years of fantastic feuding and ultimately Steve’s fatal blaze of glory.
3. The introduction of Dennis all the way through to his demise in Sharon’s arms.
4. Kat’s rape reveal and the truth surrounding Zoe’s paternity.
5. Little Mo’s domestic violence and the fatal blow with the iron, felt around the world, followed by a cheer! Chantal’s death at the hands of her husband Gray has also been covered very well, it was very relatable to anyone who had fell victim to a physical or emotional abuser.

7. The Andy Hunter days
8. Sharons affair with Phil, revealed in The Queen Victoria by cassette tape!

12. The very first time we saw mental health play out on national television, through the very frightening and very real scenes, in character Joe Wicks. Jean Slater has gone on to fly the mental health flag for well over a decade and has done an incredible job in doing so too.
13. The Grant and Tiffany love story which came to a sudden end when Frank Butcher killed her drunk driving.
14. The Janine era and who can forget Barry going over the cliff?!
15. Dot and Nicks turbulent relationship, rearing it’s ugly head the way a true desperate and manipulative drug addict comes in out of a family members life. Dot executed every scene she’s ever been given to perfection, she was great alongside Ethel and puppy Billy!
16. Arthur stealing the Christmas Club fund because he’d been hiding the state of their finances for many months which led to his imprisonment.
17. Christians love affair with Sanjay. The build up, the families reaction and the demise of his faith and culture, it shone a light and gave the Christian community an understanding of what is expected of a traditional Muslim son or daughter. The Masood’s covered a great deal of firsts.
18. Lauren Branning’s alcoholism and the sisters final scenes together on the very rooftop their brother lost his life a few short years earlier. (I hope in time they bring Oscar Branning back in some context, like a mini Max Branning type character.
19. Stella’s child abuse scandal and her demise from a rooftop onto a car windshield!
20. Paul and Bens love story leading up to Paul’s homophobic death. And now Ben and Callum are a great pairing. Paul’s grandparents also played a great role.
21. Kathy Beale’s hidden rape and the whole Willmott Brown years. Pete Beale always played a good part too.
22. The ever struggling but madly in love Ricky and Bianca years!
23. And finally Sam Mitchell she had too many good storylines to mention.She was good to always call on whenever they needed to get things going!
Most shocking departure because it was so unexpected was to lose Ronnie and Roxy together. During those scenes you could have heard a pin drop as we all watched. Jack read bedtime stories, the huge clock ticked down the minutes until midnight then those incredible underwater shots, so chilling but an outstanding edit. Another shock death was Billy when he overdosed from a heavy night on the drink and his Mom Carol couldn’t wake him on the family couch the following morning. There were some real raw scenes there.
The who killed Lucy Beale and the who shot Phil Mitchel, both storylines were dragged out way too long and by the time the killers were revealed the viewers were kind of over it. And bringing Kathy back from the dead was also a step too far. Characters gone too soon for me would be Dawn Swan, Mickey Swan, Paul Truman and Vincent Hubbard. Favourite young charters would be first of all Tiffany, it rarely happens when a child actor plays a character all the way through to adulthood She’s been great throughout and another was Hunter he was supper talented for his age.w
I don't think 20 deserves to be on this list imo. And Billie Jackson's death was a crap plot unless the actor wanted to leave.

Yes. Sometimes a Character does "better" on One Soap than The One they debuted on. Kate Ford was on Eastenders but has found success as Tracy Barlow #4 on Coronation Street. Rob Mallard was Lawrence's "Boy Toy Wannabe" on Emmerdale but now plays Daniel on Coronation Street. Also isn't it amazing that Simone Lahbib will be joining Eastenders. What A Reunion that's going to be since she worked with Luisa Bradshaw-White, Linda Henry on Bad Girls. She didn't work with Kellie Bright but she's another Bad Girls Alumni.
