These are pretty tacky you dont need to add wax. Big games brown leather is longer to break in, but more durable than lighter tans. Applying mud will soften up the leather a bit but youll get the same results from just straight up use. Thanks for stopping by!
Have you observed a noticeable difference in size between Big Game USA's Money Ball vs. the Dual Threat ball which is reportedly slimmer and better suited for smaller hands?
In reality theres a bunch of ways, brushing/mud/leather lather/etc. Theres a really cool vid on the big game usa website on how to break in leather footballs. Of coarse there promoting their own products but its interesting none to less. Thanks for stopping by!
Team issue is garbage compared to Wilson. They paint the white strip and I comes off when you cover it with painter tape during prep. The laces are a cheap rubber compared to to Wilson. You can’t even compare the leather quality of Wilson to Team issue Footballs. I’m speaking from experience, my son is a Qb and I’ve prepped 50+ balls and counting for other Qb’s
Do you think waxing would help improve grip? Would the “break in” be needed to apply the wax?

I havent tried the Dual Threat ball yet. Apparently its slimer but is stil NFHS approved. Let me know if you get your hands on one first!
Great videos. I noticed the hooks you use on your wall. Do you recommend them? Any idea where I can buy them? Thanks.
