This was great - perhaps a next vid could be what separates a junior from a mid/senior specifically for Rails, for those looking to be promoted or getting that next job? Would someone need to have a variety of projects under their belt to consider themselves technically competent enough to progress? If so, what type of projects? How could someone measure their own growth and say, I deserve the next thing?
The term 10x developer is really dumb, basically a buzzword for a developer that can do the work of 10, kinda a indication they're going to burn you out or are clueless about tech, so there's positives and negatives. Videos about cover letters / CVs / Working in a team are all great ideas :)
It was ok, but it could use some editing and cutting when you move around the room.

That's a pretty good idea for a video. Thanks for the suggestion.
I like the suggestion, I'll make some videos on it
Thank you for making this 🙏
You're welcome
