Drove a stander scag for nearly a year. You'll be spinning around in no time. Two best tips I can think of for any new comers which may seem obvious: First, never go over your same tracks, the machine is heavy and will impact the grass if you keep riding the same spots. Second, once you get used to the tank style steering... never allow a tire to pivot in place. Also, we used to do wheelies for like thirty feet.
Yes, great advice. I've pivoted the Scag in place too often and seen the results... definitely something to avoid. I have to learn to stop slower and start out slower. It's been a blast owning this mower... and unbelievable how fast I can mow the whole yard. Big difference from the push mower. Well, thanks for watching
It really only jumps like that when you accelerate quickly. Also just need to be mindful on slanted areas but you'd be surprised what you can achieve with a little body weight shifting.
What accent is this? So many dropped consonants in the middle of syllables… everywhere really. I even noticed entire adverbs dropped. Almost child-like.. Where do people have this habit?
I'm glad you like it! I spent a lot of time all over the U.S. so it's probably a mix from multiple states. Well, thanks for watching and enjoy your day
Nice mower..
@tavvorios1147 thanks, it's worth every penny. The amount of time I save mowing is incredible. Well thanks for watching
Nice job! Very informative and cleared up some of my questions.
Thank you for the positive feedback and thanks for watching

You need some weights on the front.

Only when I take off fast does the mower ever jump... I have to learn to start out slower and stop slower. Well thanks for watching
