Lovely rod. They should have reduced the EVA on the reel seat knob like Rapala and Gladiator did to keep it very low profile. The only issue with Daiwa in Australia is the premium we are paying. But their efforts in the Bream scene are unmatched.
At least you guys get official releases, and the warranty is valid. Here in the US, everything is for the bass market, and if we want anything else, we have to buy jdm for a premium and no warranty support
Thanks mate, its hard to say. I think they are both different rods and suit different styles of fishing. You have to pick them up and see what one you prefer
VERITAS VRT3,5 701 XH 8 TO 15 KG HAD THIS FOR CREEKS.Why bream 512mm barra 1.4 m as for casting light gear spot on a pilichard fillet is 14.5 g depends with line no weight on how far it can be cast new omega lines i found a good 45m wind to back this set up first session got 208 fish all lengths 3 fish jacks over 500mm need every bit of a 8 foot rod i know that much.
Appreciate the break down ! what's the weight on the 732ULFS ? * Daiwa never comes forward with this ??? but they do with their reels ! not sure why ? do you know ......why ? also ordered the 23 Airity. look forward to your reply - cheers
is the sk 6'10 much better than the 712lfs in the z range? I already own the 6'4 in the z range and wanted a longer one to punch out longer casts from the kayak and the odd land based session. maybe the having a 6'4 and a 6'10 might not be worth it as the length difference is minimal. What are your thoughts? cheers
@EzraSwannellFishing The rods aren't straight. The blanks Daiwa make are not dead straight like Shimanos rods. They then align the guides to this to hide the flaw in the blank. If you hold the rod with the guides pointing to the side ypu can see the bend in the blank. So anyway, when you're making a rod that has all these tiny micro guides on the tip, those guides need to be aligned properly so as not to add unnessercary friction on the line during a cast. And the lighter the casting weight the more this matters. I love Daiwa's reels, but their rods, not so much.
@EzraSwannellFishing I don't know what shimano do but they've got it all over Daiwa when it comes to quality control. And Shimanos rods are also cheaper.
@@markrigg6623 I need to know a bit more. I have some questions for you: What do you mean theyre cheaper? are you saying a $300 daiwa performs like a $200 shimano? And what about AGS? doesn't that make up for it?
Daiwa make the words best tackle by far, way more advanced than shimano. The stuff you huys get down under is amazing. We don't get in USA. Did you get any maverick 5000 reels in yet. Say when you do I might order one from you

Thanks for the nice and informative video about this rods. 👍
No problem 👍
How do they compare to a Miller grub freak
Is that rod good for 6lb braid
Cracker vid old mate 🤙🎣 how do you rate the Sk against the Miller rod range cheers

I have a sk 610. And a miller brawler. The sk eats the miller

Ok so I’m a lil confused the Rod in the video says $449 but the link has these for $200 and some change …. Is it the same one ?
What models best for ul plastics
Whats the model of that silver reel?
daiwa exist 2500👍
Diawa is crazy pricing these at $450
Only the fools will entertain this price nonsense
They wont be supported at all if they keep this im important shit going.
There $330 were tf are u looking and you get what you pay for
my dear brother how much price this rod and reel
would the 610lfs match up better with a revelry or a certate?
Both would suit. I’d pick the certate

I’m between this one and the millerod XFLC what do you think?
Both nice rods. You need to feel both to make your decision
You won't buy a miller rod after holding these.
Are these coming to USA
We ship to the USA!
Just pre ordered the new 23 airity 2000s from you guys.. may have to match that with one of these SK’s 💸💸😅
Your gonna love it matched to that reel!
I have that exact setup
Are these 2 pc rods?
Yes at the butt
Recommends a rod he’s never fished with
Daiwa have problem with "tip droop" in their rods.
what's that?

@@markrigg6623 No way.. is this because of shimano using toray?

Yeh we get some good gear here, that's probably why we send so much to the USA. The new size maverick is gonna be in stock really soon.
@@stripervince1 Have a close look at Daiwas rods. They're nearly all not straight. Shimano rods are.
I dont like the infeet series the reel seat is way too far back on the rod end for my liking .
Enjoy your channel thanks 😊👍
What do you recommend
God damn this rod cost $500?
Well out of my range
How can you say these are your favorite rods when you've never actually fished with one?😂
8 FOOT ONE PIECE 6 T0 15 KG FAST TAPER.THEN I WOULD ONLY HAND OVER 400.00 BUCKS.
Bla Bla Bla me me me
Just buy a Battler. There a better rod.
No there not are you good
Nooooo
Overal Diawa Ross are bad duffrods and miller rods is where it’s at
