Good information. Learn everything you can for 30 months and apply here at Walmart. You have the right spirit to work here. I have videos about Walmart. I also like to help out all new drivers in any way I can possible. Stay safe out there.
So proud of you!!!! I just recently started watching your videos and I became a instant fan. Your spirit is awesome. I start for swift on the 21st, refresher course 😁👍🏾
Congrats on your journey sis, it's always good to hear when drivers are happy/being treated well by the company they're with, continue to stay safe out there
Thanks for sharing, especially going over the tests. I’m two weeks out from upgrading with Swift, so a little nervous, but I know it won’t be too bad. Stay safe out on the road! 😊
Really good info probably the best indept info on youtube thank you! I’m currently in cdl school and I’m researching UA-cam to find out where to go and with your info I’m highly considering Swift
I was gonna be starting school this month but swift is currently trying to combine with another school that’s near me do my recruiter is going to call me after thanksgiving and let me know. Love your videos
I live in San Diego California just got my license and I have orientation with swift this Monday, is this company really worth it? I’m a hard working Mexican looking forward to make a decent amount of money.
So what you’re saying is that Swift rather have you do it on time then take your time and do it safely. If a company is like that, I am not sure if I want to work for them or not being that they test you twice before you get hired send you are on the road for 30 days with a coworker and then they retest you all over again, that seems to be too much testing in my book. If you can drive it in the beginning and then drive it with your coworker why in a blue fuck would they test you all over again? I can see doing the questions but if you can back up 40 times Over the 30 day Period. and the person that you drive with gives his or her opinion on your skill level I just think it is too much. I understand that you are driving their vehicle. I understand that it is an 80,000 pound vehicle with the cargo. you know 40 without and 40 with, but it’s still does not change the fact if you fuck up 40 times and drive for 30 days with no problem they should be able to see that on their camera.
Not necessarily safety comes 1st that’s why we have to plan ourselves accordingly for every load if they send you a load that doesn’t have the sufficient time you can always counter the load and give them a better time frame and in last case they allow T-calls but remember that it’s the drive’s responsibility to plan and to see if a load has enough time or not after you committed to a load it’s your responsibility to make it on time and safely
Thanks, Velma, your information has been very helpful to me. Be safe!

Starting it will be a lot of work but when you go on your own they give you sufficient time and it all depends on how you do
