Finally had a chance to do this exploit, and it's A-MAZ-ING. Filled the whole camp with moon dragon nests. BOOM! Like 30,000 dragon power -- two level 10 moon dragons -- and I was able to open up the last parts of my camp.
Only thing I did wrong was forget what you said about not doing a mass-merge on all of the eggs. Doh! You were so right -- I ended up with hundreds of level 1's and it slowed the game. Took me about an hour to merge them up, and the whole time, I was saying, "Yep, he said not to mass merge. You're an idiot.". Still, .... that was a great tip. Big thanks!

Thank you for this wonderful workaround! I have been able to get the level ten ducks and level ten butterfly dragons by using this technique! I will add, one little trick that I have done - I do a mass merge of the eggs but then grab one of the tiny dragons and toss it into the swarm and they automatically group into fives, then I do it a second time to get level threes. This allows for a time-saving mass merge without filling up the book endlessly with all the level 1 dragons which causes a huge lag issue from the device trying to process all the dragons. I know this may not be as efficient as doing it in groups of five, but it does save a lot of time!!
Hey Tom! This is for sure a great tip! In order to make it work, I think that its needed to change game config and turn off overlay merge, right? Thanks for sharing it with us!

@@stephaniebotfield7188 I merged the purple boxes until I had the highest level. Then I followed the instructions from this video and paid the gems necessary to unlock the large purple box and when only two spaces are made available, the chest yields two egg nests of butterfly dragon eggs. I filled the map up with life orbs and bricks to make it easy as possible to replace them two at a time. Once my map was full of egg nests, I tapped them for the eggs. It is a long process but worth it. As the video mentions, having tons of level 1 dragons will slow your device to a crawl but I found swiping the large cloud of level 1 dragons result in a smaller cloud of level 2 dragons and a third swipe into level three dragons. Not as efficient but efficiency is not required with this method.

I’m now 69 and still finding it hard to guess what dragon comes from what piece in the game. I’ve got level 10 dragons in butterfly, Midas (of course as it would be rude very rude not to) Tribal, Sharp, Spotted, Moon plus another name eludes me. I soo want to find more moon eggs as I’ve only one level 10 dragon, plus the Ice dragon. Anyone help me please. Oh I’m soo miffed I had 3 huge level 10 beautiful mauve trees they touched and boom a bloody great horse head appears, a few hours later, I’ve got a MEGA nest it’s 450 gems to open. I’m so chuffed. I got “wind” of this nest though as each time a Moon dragon appeared I got other chests. Over the Sun & Moon. Thank you all of you.
This is such a great trick I keep watching it again and again. I’m so pleased I saw you doing this.. Sir this is an addition to my comment. I have used your wonderful knowledge to its full extent. I would like to add that you do not need to “fully open the chest” I have in fact left 2 chests in a secluded corner still open. Not wanting to stick to it all day constantly releasing 2 nests at one time as my Camp space is far less than yours. So I just pop back to my chests after filling each space with apples or something that racks up money in my “savings” pot. I’ve done this a few days just exploiting over time. It works. Chests can sit there and sit for days till you want to open more nests. Thank you.

@@stephaniebotfield7188 Hi Stephanie! The higher the level of the dragon tree and higher the level of the dragon, more chance to get it! You might need to fill your camp many times to get it. The ice dragon is also very difficult, so if you get a stone chest of the value of 30, keep it!

You have just saved me a huge amount of time! I didn't know about how you could merge the chests to get the highest level. By the end of this video, I made my first chest and have made 2 of the moon dragon kids. Yay, saves re-rolling that souvenier reward to try and get them!

@@BeoferoxGames It does indeed. I've just found the chest with the tribal eggs in it. I did it in cloud save, so am deciding whether to go with the radiant egg chest or get more and go for the huge egg vault for nests. Also, some interesting nest chests can be found in the giant treasure chest level 7.

I don't think it works anymore... I tried and they opened chest and just bubbled items that didn't fit in camp
I have been trying to get the 30 gem purple chest for hours and hours! My dragons are harvesting from top level dragon trees. All I've gotten is the wood, stone and red. Not a *single* purple one. I'm starting to wonder if the game designers have altered this(?)
It's a great tip, but without the 30 gem purple chests, I don't see how it can work. :-(
I dont think they changed it Grace, at least I hope so. The "special" chests really have a low chance to get, like the moon and ice (stone chest that cost 30 gems). Dont give up!
@@BeoferoxGames -- Thanks for that! Wanted to report back in. Yes, I DID eventually get one purple (30 gem) chest from harvesting trees, and another one from opening a mega goal star. So now, I can use that trick of yours and merge them to lower purple chests to get what I want. And along the way, I have gotten four or five stone chests worth 30 gems, which I know are good for the winter dragons. Plus the top levels of the wood and red (which I think are worth like 17 and 23 gems or something). I've already done your trick with Midas nests, so I don't need any more ducks! Lol.
So ... yes, it worked. It just took a lot longer than I was thinking. Having gotten a couple of the egg chests I want, I'm going to try harvesting something else that gives cheap chests more often -- maybe living stones? or fruit trees? Just getting a little tired of having leaves and logs all over the place. XD
Which chests give the ice/winter dragons? I have a mighty need, they are my faves that I want to work toward!
The huge stone vault that costs 450 to unlock. Starts with the small chest that costs 30, I personally haven’t gotten one yet, but that is where they come from
You can also use the lvl2 chest that is way less expensive, but it will give you infinite eggs instead of nests. It only cost 120 gems!
@@BeoferoxGames i still haven’t gotten mine bro, so bummed, but I did get the moon dragon chest. I opted for the 450, yes expensive, but nests bro.
Hi, I chance upon your video a week ago. I have opened up my land in MD & have not been playing that much. But I've been spending my time more on Dragon & Elfs, which was initially a knockoff from MD but in the last 6 months they have moved away from the likeness of the original & is way more fun & challenging to play in terms of the events & especially the levels. In the last few months, I have been making video of the levels to help my community.
This egg chest /egg vault trick works in this game too. Even in events(they have not gone that crazy with needing 2 level 10s to complete yet but, just in case).
I might...... eventually put up a video with you trick & would you be ok if i post the link of your original videos. My videos are elementary at best. I don't voice over or give instructions, excepts write a few short lines of descriptions. & i found that in dragon & elfs there exist some issues, like cloud load/save, looking for the kind of eggs we want etc etc. But I might just make a short clip that it can be done too, but make the original reference to you videos

Great Claudia! With this trick I hope everyone be able to play at the camp for as long as they want instead of deppending at dragons stamina/rest! There are many different dragons eggs that can be used in this trick, will be doing a video showing more!
So, I was trying to come up with a solution to the lag without having to keep having empty spots. (Those tend to mess me up) So I have been bubbling the eggs. I am working on it now, but I can bubble eggs endlessly, and then when I’m tired of getting more eggs, I will put my chest away (I did that with the Midas chest too) and start popping mom eggs 5 or so at a time. Hope that is helpful!

Hi, Joe. I was apprehensive about bubbling an opened egg chest, as I doubt it is something Gram Games tested much. ;) Have you tried unbubbling one to see if it retains that it was unlocked already?
@@LauraJeanBabbitt I did not bubble the nests. I only did the egg trick because I didn’t have enough gems for the nest trick. I have bubbled the dimension jars with nests before though, to open when I had more gems and other nests and they always open fine.

Now I’m trying to do the same with moon eggs but when I start the first two spots go fine the second two going to open the entire chests. I tried many times being sure no more than 2 spaces were free. Do you think they fix it?

I saw the living stones give purple chests too, do they give the 30 chest as well? or does it have to be from the dragon trees?
So far no luck with either. But at the big stones, 3 dragons can harvest at the same time.😅
The purple chests that come.from living stones are going to give you rock dragons! The prices are:
9 gems for lvl1
27 gems for lvl2
45 gems for lvl3
125 gems for lvl4
Just remember that this trick have been patched if you updated your game!

clarifying question: can you use any level life essence/orbs? and i see that you don't completely bubble everything but the blue flowers and whatever chests you are opening, is the goal just to open up as much space as possible or do you actually need a certain number of squares occupied by life essence/orbs?
Hi Omi! I keep the blue life flowers at the camp because I use them a lot to fill the camp with life essence (its the fastest flower to harvest). To make this trick you need to fill your camp and open only the exact number of spaces, its better have life essence in my opinion because if you have other object, for example bones or fruits, the dragons might harvest them while you are doing the trick and open an extra space, making the chest disapear when touching.
@@BeoferoxGames thanks, one more question, can you use the same chest indefinitely in multiple sessions? say i unlock it today and use the trick to get 20 nest, then move the still "unopened" vault to an out of the way spot in my camp, can i come back in a week to repeat the process?

Also, be sure that you still have the version 6.3.0, if you have updated your game to 6.4.0 the infinite chest does not work anymore. But my old trick for infinite dragon power still works!

Question should you merge the 25 eggs then do cloud save disconnect cloud save then continue with another 25 and so on?
Hi Diane! Yes, this would be good in case any mistake. Imagine have to rollback after oppening like 150+ eggs if you make any mistake! Also this prevent your game to lag!

For the life dragon you need the purple chest that you get from life flowers! I dont remember how high lvl they need to be, but any cheat from them will have it!

@@msminervaable you can use the chest lvl2 for infinite eggs instead of nests, the only problem is that this chest have random number of eggs inside... from 3 to 7.

cloud saving is needed if you make any mistake, I would advise you to restore the page or create a new one, because I lost the chest three times by mistake, fortunately I had cloud save saved and I was able to restore, sorry for my english, i hope you understand😁

Hi Maxx! The moon egg chest came from the dragon tree also. They are not easy to get, low chance. The higher the lvl of the dragon and also of the tree, better the chance to get it. You need to merge the lower levels to get the lvl4 chest!
Can I do this trick with the other dragon chests?
Yes! Each chest type and also price have a different Dragon egg inside!

@@aldorubini I have harvest only the last lvl of the dragon tree, and I had to fill my camp like (no kiddin) 15 times to get about 4 of it. Its for sure a hard chest to get. about the tree lvl, im not sure if its only from the high lvl, would have to test it.

Hi Toytoya! Yes, you can, but you can also get midas duck from the chest that gives saphire eggs. This eggs give midas duck, tribal dragons, butterfly and many others. If you want to max many dragons at same time, this is the way! Today I will be livestreaming and if you have any doubt you can ask it! Yes, the trick works with any of the radiant dragon egg chests. I decided to do 6 at once to make trips between the World Map and Camp more efficient. Beoferox told me on Discord there is a special consideration for Life dragons. Their radiant egg chests gives a variable number of eggs, between 3 and 7, so I'm only tapping it twice.

Yeah, I've been harvesting Lvl 10 Legendary Dragon Trees for the better part of two days and got 5 chests (9, 9, 9, 12, 12) and 3 of the radiant chests (27, 36, 36). I couldn't wait any longer and merged the 5 lower level chests then merged the two I got from them with my 3 radiant chests to get two chests worth 60 gems each. This is going to take a week at this pace! I'm just not getting any of the blue chests.
@@kristenalberts8406 I did notice that high lvl dragons also increase the chance of getting chests, maybe it helps you also
@@BeoferoxGames Thank you - I have 147,000+ dragon power with a lot of high level dragons and did finally manage to get that elusive 30 gem chest. I was just getting tons of the stone, wood and red chests, but no purple ones. Glad that's over! Saved my 120 gem stone chests for the Winter eggs as well.
