- A video I made for my sister Ray who lived in London, and due to ill health, hadn't been back to Greenock for years, I took this short film during one of my visit's to Greenock in 1998, Ray Sinclair died soon after.

This is a really good look back at the town 22 years ago but got a thing or two wrong so far (15 mins in). It was Hamilton Gate and not Nicolson Street inside the Mall and the high flat was Royal Court, not Ann Street. The bullring car park isn't underground either.

I left Greenock in 1957 to join the army, but when returning home one year on holiday I thought I would do the wee video for my sister Ray who lives in London, disabled and will never return, this video were for her, before I went to the army there was no Mall,, I had never heard of Hamilton Gate, and the car park was the wrong choice of words, I shouldn't have said underground, my mistake, I should have said below ground, anyway my sister loved the wee video.
