Beautiful tribute. I’m a weepy mess right now. I had always wondered why New Jersey was his final home. Now of course it all makes sense. I think he knew how beloved he was. I remember when Arthur came out in 1981 when I was a kid. HBO played it several years later and was something new. I was too young to understand it but loved the energy and fun and really loved Christopher Cross's Arthur's Theme. The movie "Arthur" is, hands down, my favorite comedy of all time. I couldn't even tell you how many times I've seen it. It genuinely saddened me. He seemed like such a great guy. RIP Mr. Moore.
God bless and protect you ❤️❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹🙏
Dudley was a very talented man and suffered much in his life. Progressive supranova palsy is truly terrible. My sister suffered with it for 5 years gradually becoming more paralysed until she could not speak, move, swallow, shocking to witness. RIP dear Carol and Dudley❤️
I remember Dudley Moore was also in Six Weeks in 1982 with Mary Tyler Moore and Santa Clause The Movie in 1985 where he played Patch the Elf and it was a big box office flop but I loved it as a kid. Santa Clause The Movie Arthur and Arthur 2 and Bedazzled and it was with Peter Cook. He was very talented but had a sad life. RIP Dudley Moore.****
As a nurse....I must confess that I've kissed and held LOADS of patients.
Such a beautiful voice of the narrator. So rare too.
Such a sorry storey for such a funny man. R.I.P. Dudley.
Loved all his movies. Man he was one very talented piano player and pretty amazing at playing a drunk. lol
Cruel childhood, the pain never gooes away
פחות אבל עוד כואב.
