The heavy equipment and the dump and pick up trucks compact the soil and scratched up the sidewalk. There needs to be a space between house and sod or else the green grasss will stain the paint....also varmits will love it....you will need to also water sod, so water will be against the house. Best way to protect the soil is to park your trucks away and wheelbarrow the contents. May be quick and dirty but terrible for viability of the grass and soil. Soil will take years to recover from the compaction. Quick and dirty makes for fun videos but doesn't help the homeowner down the road. Another alternative is to prune the bushes or yank them out with a chain which damages the soil less. you could use lighter weight equipment for that. Great equipment but incorrect use. A lifelong gardener who watched professional landscapers install a patio, lay sod and improve the landscape. Their dump truck stayed in the drive, they dumped the dirt and then wheelbarrowed the pile.
Just recently subscribed. I've watched 3 different videos and I'm amazed how good your work is. Also you've certainly have applied the old saying "work smarter not harder" especially with the variety of great tools and toys!

Excellent professional landscaping COMPLETION❤. LOVE THOSE large “Sccoper Running Equipment”…..makes it all worth in TIMING and therefore COST…..using large “Scooper” machines! Fast and CLEANS EASIER !!!
Déjà vu I faintly remember something similar a long time ago but the yard work only part of the whole episode. Even the bushes are in the same places. Weird,eh?
There were many shrubs that could have been saved and reused somewhere else. The man went on a rampage and just tore them all out. I didn’t see an irrigation system installed. How is that sod going to get watered? In my opinion, no imagination was used in this landscaping. Just basic Sod and gravel.
OK. so the existing lawn has been trashed by the heavy equipment. why didn't you lay down plywood to protect the lawn? After the new turf was added, it wasn't rolled and wasn't watered. I didn't see any weed fabric laid down before the gravel was added. The hydrangeas were severely pruned back. Why? Why not just deadhead the hydrangeas? Not the proper way to prune hydrangeas! and the last shrubbery with the gravel was not pruned, and the damaged lawn was turning brown. you don't get my recommendation.
Heavy equipment? Those cool 😎dudes did a fantastic job, & very tidy as well. My 7yrs old grandson can operate both of those vehicles with caution. He's an expert in construction vehicles since the age of 3yrs old. I took him to a construction site & he named every equipment & the rules & regulations as well! It was awesome. His preschool teacher was amazed at how well he learned his abc's & 123's correlating with vehicles. He loves playing in the back yard, making Monster Truck tracks & hills. Ofcourse his Construction Sites, Railroads tracks, Gas Stations, Repair shops, Car wash. A neighbor was rehabbing his home. My grandson asked if he could buy some of his bricks for $2.00? He build a walking path & a parking lot. He wears his hard hat to every visits to a construction site & they put him on their laps & let him operate the vehicles from time to time. He's aware of perverts & he'll tell them, "Don't be creepy, cause we are working here!" That blows me away...🤯

This has to be a rental property. I’m a gardener so I’m biased but it seems that the owners went for the lowest maintenance possible. The chop job on what looks like 2 hydrangeas was brutal. You guys do thorough work so it’s not on you. I’m sure you were doing what was requested
