Wish I knew about Cosmos Ink 1 month sooner?? Anyways, I have a SG500 and recently purchased compatible ink cartridges from Amazon. It's my understanding, since SG's latest firmware update, I can NO longer use Sawgrass' print manager....Which is fine bcuz I have Affinity Design Software to print from! So my question to you is, how do I set up my printer so I can print FROM Affinity Design TO my SG500? Do I uninstall SPM ? Also, is it necessary to install an ICC PROFILE when using after-market inks? And of course, when I contacted the Ink place from Amazon I was told they do not have an ICC PROFILE for their ink🤨?!! My apologies for hitting you with all of this, lol!! I would almost swear Sawgrass has been going behind the scenes deleting everything they see pertaining to using after-market inks in their printers... Bcuz I just can't seem to find the correct answers? Any info, videos, or websites you can refer my way will be greatly appreciated!! Thanks so much, Rebecca

Either or any printer you personally like better. It’s not paper it’s a vinyl material.
