I could be worrying about so many things but I'm not, purely because I am one with my inner man, as Edward Art says, to the point that I feel so neutral. There is nothing in the 3D that you cannot give yourself within. I literally thought that I have to do something that excites me or out of passion, which I rarely have lately, just to get into "the flow" or to then gain momentum to receive/allow the external to catch up. But the lazy CEO is a good analogy for this. Little to no effort should be done fr! Thank you as always!
I have not come across this author. It sounds accurate however, possibly based on Abraham Hicks as the advice is very consistent with Abraham's teachings. It's possible that Richard Dotts came to the conclusions via their own experiences of course, the truth is all around us all the time however, just hard to see through the distractions. I like Amy Westmoreland's ideas about overcoming negativity though, even better than meditation, Amy's techniques involve allowing negative thoughts and basically it's a non resistance technique, by allowing it to be it dissolves spontaneously. If you’re just getting started it is best to focus on one thing at a time, but you may be able to fit multiple things into a single visualization or you can use Neville Goddard’s isn’t it wonderful technique

I am not a licensed therapist but from a vibrational perspective I advise you to not worry or care if you are experiencing those negative thoughts. Just accept what is going on in the moment no matter what and let the feelings move through you rather than identifying with them. Change the story about yourself being someone suffering from these mental patterns. Who do you want to be? Are they worried about these things? Align with that ideal selfs consciousness. But reading is good, just make sure to do the inner work, that is what is most important 🙏🏻

I would: 1 - Accept where you are, everything around you is already done, it’s the past and theres nothing you can/need to do to change that, make peace with it. 2 - ask yourself, from NOW, from this point, what can I do to feel better? Example - Maybe nap? Maybe meditate? Maybe go for a walk? Maybe focus in ways that feel good, maybe clean…? have a think, what’s the easiest thing I can do right now to feel good… 3rd - reflect and make regular lists of things that lower your vibration and things that raise your vibration.. then do less of the things that stress you out and more of things that make you feel good! 4th - repeat day by day, and get out of your own way, aslong as you’re doing what feels better day by day, your vibration will rise and ur life will align to that… be patient and consistent and just relax!
