Many students, including myself, are still waiting to complete our interviews. We are concerned about whether results are announced only after all interviews are done or if they are announced as interviews are completed.
We are worried that if results are announced progressively, those of us who interview later might miss out on available positions. Could you please clarify:
1. Are results announced after all interviews are completed or as interviews are finished?
2. How does TCS ensure fair chances for candidates interviewing later in the process?

Sir in my case 3 people were sitting in the panel. I guess the 3rd person was Hr. I didn't wait after the interview and left for home. Did I miss anything?

Bro i got offer letter on march 13 for smart hiring.. Till now i didn't get joining letter.. In between i got a survey asking for my exam end date and expected redult date from my university.. Any idea when will i recive it?
