Lol, i come here to re-experience this magnificent victory and all I see are crying Navi fanboys once again. Still can't get over the loss even as to go and call Alliance the second best team. Keep crying kids :)
I agree. They keep saying "Series of mistakes from Na`Vi". YES this is what made them lose and YES this is what makes them only 2nd best. The decision making as a team from Alliance is outstanding. That is what makes them the best. And also this is a comeback, they were down early game and also mid game if you watched the game and saw the charts in this video.
Reading all the comments about ''rat doto is the worst dota'' etc makes me just worried about the community of dota. It is sad that some people only think teamfighting is the true way to win a game. Would be some boring drafts knowing people only had to pick the heroes who makes the strongest combination in teamfights. I think this is what makes dota one of the best games in history, because of the creativity and variations you can use. And this win was one hell of an tactical win. With good split push and patience Alliance won over a big Alch and one good feeded dendi (best mid all time?) Just having a hard time to understand why people giving them so much hate, when they ( along with the other teams) made TI3 so special with plays like Akkes blinding light, s4s tp cancel, LGD base race etc etc. I was more satisfied with TI3 then with ti4...
Dota is fun with all the different ways to win. Team fights. Ganks. Late game. Early game. Mid game. Split push. Objective strategy. So many variations. Thats dota. Its fucking pathetic when people think the only true way to win games is to fight 5v5. Like those cancerous players who yell 1v1 me mid pussy when they lose. Its so fucking sad that they package dota as a stereotype one direction stale boring single win objective game which involves truly team fights only. So the hero pool in drafting is limited to teamfight heroes. Farming heroes. The same thing over and over. Go play lol if you cant handle variation. So what alliance is good at rat. Its a niche.
5:40 Look at their happy after win. This is the fun that esport bring us (But when they come out the room, they are very serious shaking their opponents)
+Phuc Do Well they should be serious while doing something like that i mean if you just smile at your opponents it's kinda look like you saying "HAHA YOU LOSE" but when you are doing serious face its more like a "Well played man well played" IOM
i dont understand at 5:05 dendi has bkb on, and coil affects him? how why? then bkb ends and after 3 seconds dendi activates it again? can some1 clarify?:)
Dendi said in an interview that they had no items and that he could almost solo the whole team before they got the gold influx from killing both 'raxes' and buildings. And that's even excluding Xboct on Alchemist.
Notice how Bulldog is using his treants to remove the refraction charges from Dendi enabling rosh to bash TA and s4 to snipe the aegis. Truly next level plays.
Re sas True, BUT This will always be a game in the section e-sports! Since thats what E-sports are! I just hate when people do the kinda shit that some people do! I've seen only a few Na'Vi fans who could actually say it was a hell of a interresting game ( And they dont bitch about Alliance playstyle) Enjoy the game instead of crying over it! Waste of energy in my opinion!
I know, but I know they can counter if they really planned because they are good! But the majority of the fanboys to all teams seem to always have no idea on how to play so they make excuses!
"Hence to fight and conquer in all your battles is not supreme excellence; supreme excellence consists of breaking the enemy's resistance without fighting." -Sun Tzu R[A]T Dota is objectively best Dota
biggest comeback ever this is not august 2011 MYM vs NAVI the best and the biggest comeback ever but this is an amazing comeback too well played both of them...
they threw it away dude...Dendi trying to get that first rosh, Dendi dropping his tp for aegis after the second rosh, Dendi tp-ing away to the wrong place and taking too long allowing s4 to coil him...
"they didn't def, fight or even care about wat's going on at mid?" No, they knew their situation and Na'Vi situation very well; whereas Na'vi didn't know much about what they could and Alliance could do at the time, so they made bad decisions. Alliance won because their minds are stronger and more cooperative with one another, knowing what to do at the exact moment. Na'Vi lost their nerve, and thus, their final game.
Na'Vi really should've kept going towards the throne and forced a TP back from Loda and Bulldog cause Alliance wasn't gonna be able to push faster than a 5 man Na'Vi.
How is this the "biggest comeback ever"? The teams had almost even gold and experience with Na'Vi SLIGHTLY winning (maybe about 3k gold and exp), and Alliance won a good team fight with imba positioning heroes, then proceeded to win. There is nothing amazing about this besides the coordination of Alliance.
Hold everything. Never mind the whole Na'Vi/Alliance drama--how is something like this getting "biggest comeback ever" attached to it? This isn't all that amazing. TA (and thus Na'Vi) was rolling pretty hard, but it's not like Alliance was ever that far behind. It's close, but Alliance has had closer--they had a closer match earlier in TI3, against LGD I believe. But "comeback" is overstating it a bit.
Split pushing has been out since the Virtus Pro golden days in Dota 1.. No one complained as hard as any fucker out there until TI3 finals.. Lmfao just goes to show you ignorance from haters.. Just because your favorite team lost, doesn't mean you have to flame the better team in this game..Now it shows you where the majority of Alliance haters came from.. So funny but true
The only thing better than seeing Alliance outwit and outplay Na'Vi is drinking the sweet, sweet tears of the irate Na'Vi fans shrieking about how Alliance only won with dirty tricks. Better luck next year!
I guess you don't understand Dota much. Na'vi had a GREAT advantage until Dendi died at the Roshpit. Alliance had some more XP I think, they're awesome at farming, but Na'Vi was way ahead in gold. And since CK is hard to farm with, while Alchemist is Alchemist, Na'vi was way ahead. They HAD the game. It was their win. Alliance came back from literally nothing.
i dont know calling this "comeback" is really true. In my opinion, a "comeback" must be the result of 1 big team fight and the lower one wins it then pushes or wins more fights after that. I watched this game so many times and at the moment when Puck dropped 1-million-dream-coil, 3/5 [A]'s players was pushing. They didnt def, fight or even care about wat was going on at mid. So the whole "comeback" thing belongs only to Puck-s4 - 1 Dream Coil, 1 cup. Just my opinion.
Ah well I like Na'vi and ill give this to alliance for outplaying them (especially tp cancels) but that still doesn't change my opinion about rat dota being just really uninteresting to watch and an annoying thing to deal with.
All the navi fanboys are crying and making excuses about split pushing of NP, but they seem to forget that the game is called DEFENSE OF THE ANCIENTS.
and it's strategy game where you use any means necessary to secure victory.
No its called Dota Kappa DendiFace
It's called Defense of the Ancients for a reason, noobs.
Go win a ti first before you call them "noob" IDIOT
Seriously the BEST game and BIGGEST comeback I ever seen in eSport, hope you enjoy this highlight video and get some nerd chills aswell :D

^This.

Replay bug, he didnt have bkb active before the coil
This clip is gonna be used in many, many upcoming highlight videos. Simply amazing!
The first and also last time they can use the split-pushing strat I guess! So much hatred from navi fanboys
5:40 Look at their happy after win. This is the fun that esport bring us (But when they come out the room, they are very serious shaking their opponents)

This shows that outsmarting is more important than outplaying.
million dollar coil
LGD vs. Alliance Game 1 and this Na'vi vs. Alliance Game 5. This 2 games are the best of all games in TI3.
what happend with xboct tp at 1:22, autostone?
Dendi said in an interview that they had no items and that he could almost solo the whole team before they got the gold influx from killing both 'raxes' and buildings. And that's even excluding Xboct on Alchemist.
Notice how Bulldog is using his treants to remove the refraction charges from Dendi enabling rosh to bash TA and s4 to snipe the aegis. Truly next level plays.
Goosebumps, every single time.
I wonder if S4 remembers
Yet the best ever come back I've ever seen. Bulldog's split push, and absolutely s4 on the last time SS, they deserve the aegis.
just realized CK used halberd on TA at the very end to prevent her from killing him
Moral of the story:Pushing wins games not kills
Far better compared to TI4 Finals...
people often forgets its DOTA .... defence of the ancient .. a objective game ")
Cant understand why Na'Vi fanboys are still so angry and crying like little girls over this! Its just a game! Enjoy the big plays instead
well, they won so much money,it isnt just a game
Re sas

Its a legit playstyle in dota! And if you dont know how to counter that you should not be playing Dota, or learn how to counter those things!
I know, but I know they can counter if they really planned because they are good! But the majority of the fanboys to all teams seem to always have no idea on how to play so they make excuses!
***** And what about na'vi beating tong fu with the fountain hook bug, is that fair? Alliance won fair and square
It wasn't a guaranteed win for navi anyway, they had so much late game back door potential that it was always their game.
Ive made a btr come bck i am in navi's shoes whr the topple the both sides but we kept on pushing mid and finally we won
best bo5 series of TI history yet

R[A]T Dota is objectively best Dota
did they give Aegis of Immortal to the Alliance????
great series..
also, egm looks like a spaz with the hoodie
Dont you mean still 2nd since last year?
The R[A]T Doto is too stronk
Wait when the top and bot barracks was under attack dendi walk all the way back that mean he doesn't have a tp scroll...
his tp get cancel
defense of the ancients. thats right. the ancients.. not the heroes
kung????
when you get a heroes of the storm ad on a dota 2 video
"Dota is not about kills or deaths - it's all about buildings" -Lod[A] (Quote from BEFORE TI3 started!)
Very2 epic game and super come back!! Respect for Alliance.
Yeah, Na'Vi probably forgot that "you never trade raxes vs Prophet".
still gave me goose bumps
Skills vs Strategy... Best final ever!
Goodluck on the game wih DK on ti4.
that was a THRILLING game.
Sure, but pro teams play to win, especially in such a big tournament as TI..
Now I know that Na'Vi should have pushed it all the way and force Prophet, CK and Wisp to tp.
biggest comeback ever this is not
august 2011 MYM vs NAVI the best and the biggest comeback ever
but this is an amazing comeback too
well played both of them...
[A]lliance is back boys
BibleThump
RIP
Я фанат нави и уважаю другие команды в том числе и альянс, и надеюсь они еще встретяться и повоюют на ti4.
navi started crumbling down after this final... all good players like puppey and kuroKy started move away and created own teams.
they threw it away dude...Dendi trying to get that first rosh, Dendi dropping his tp for aegis after the second rosh, Dendi tp-ing away to the wrong place and taking too long allowing s4 to coil him...

He says Thank you... i hope
he says "JADÅ" translated roughly "FUCK YES"
So proud to be a Swede.
Congratulations to Alliance!
i shouted fuck fuck fuck so loud in my room til my parents came..... just for this game
Na'Vi really should've kept going towards the throne and forced a TP back from Loda and Bulldog cause Alliance wasn't gonna be able to push faster than a 5 man Na'Vi.
grats to alliance they were the best team on this tournament :)
but navi was in all 3 IT finals, still the best team out there
I like the way how PUCK cancelling the tp...
..
nc . Game..
ALLIANCE
This was the best time to play dota
How is this the "biggest comeback ever"?

There is nothing amazing about this besides the coordination of Alliance.
Na'vi will be dreaming nightmares with Puck for weeks
I wonder if things would have changed if they didn't pick nature prophet.
puck won them the game
dotinthedirt1 without np they navi wouldn't have to go back 2 times.
without puck all of them would have made it back
thing is they would have no reason to back off if np wasn't there.
can't blame them for picking if navi didn't ban it!
Best game ever, Alliance ftw!
Joey Styles should have done the commentary
I am a fan of Na'Vi and that it was a really cowardly move, but totally legal and usable, gg wp alliance.
I think all is forget Starladder navi vs alliance
Hold everything.
Never mind the whole Na'Vi/Alliance drama--how is something like this getting "biggest comeback ever" attached to it?

0:28 Fail. Just one epic fail

This is like the most greatest script written to let alliance win bro. Perfect execution and a NOT SO OBVIOUS throw game. jk
I guess you don't understand Dota much. Na'vi had a GREAT advantage until Dendi died at the Roshpit. Alliance had some more XP I think, they're awesome at farming, but Na'Vi was way ahead in gold.

Well, when it comes to eSport there is only 2 nations to mention, Sweden and Korea.
S4 повезло, т.к он не видел что денди делает тп и дал дрим коил в 1 пуппея но на хг оказался и денди. Так что удача на миллион
No, lol, he said "thank you!" :)
5:30 bottom right
most epic win!
fuck it rat
"thank you, thank you" swedish accent
Mistake when s4 puck
Na'vi was desperate for kills when they were at the dire side, instead of destroying barracks, they were very greedy for a kill. That's why they lost
They did it! awesome!
Oh yes totally, this might be top 10 all-time though.
Are you sure about it??? *Funny arc warden laughs*
Yeah they used a pub strat to win the game. But TBH winning is winning and whatever it takes to win you gotta do it.
"thank you, thank you" :P
I like the Na'vi more but alliance did a great job. It's not rat dota its called split pushing.Dont need to cry
how come navi lost then?
u say this why? is a comeback? a realy comeback? :s
i saw a push back not a come back and the biggest? what a fan :)
Not really, Dendi went for it and got bashed by Roshan, Bulldog bodyblocked with treants, there was nothing they could really do.
Best dota final ever
MISS THIS OLD DAYS WHEN BULLDOG IS STILL A GODLIKE PLAYER BUT NOW HE IS WASHED UP GETTING " KEKW " SPAM BY BLEBS
Na'vi could win the game if they continue push the last barracks... sadly they didn't careful enough with puck...
Ah well I like Na'vi and ill give this to alliance for outplaying them (especially tp cancels) but that still doesn't change my opinion about rat dota being just really uninteresting to watch and an annoying thing to deal with.
yoneda123 Well it lowers your respect for someone that has to rely on ratting to win.
TheSurilian they dont play for your or anyone's respect
Still Better Game Than Ti4
You probably prefered this years final to last years, right?
Robin Birgerson oh man you made my day with that comment
Dream Coil for Milion Dolars
The best moment in dota history! In your face Nav'i fans!! hahaahaha
i would still prefer game 2 Farm 4 fame dota1 tournament MYM vs NaVi
I can see why people hate Alliance, cheap split push and always seem to have a prophet..
Well i am kind of lost
That fucking np
