We should ALL respond to the alter call. You may have a gift of the Spirit that activates at the alter, God may give you a word for someone, your prayer could be whats needed to break through that wall for someone else! The old testament tabernacle, they didn't give their sacrifices at the gate, you had to go To the Alter and you didn't bypass the alter to go into the Holy place! Repentance and sacrifice at the alter was Not a one time thing...
