Omg ty for cheering me up, a few minutes ago when I went through a nether portal in minecraft it took me to random location and the portal wasn't there. I ended up walking, bridging and mining around 3k blocks. Ran out of food too so had to hunt some of those large pigs. Did make it after 56 minutes of hell.
