Get on a masters team. Austin has a couple great masters teams. Talk to the coach and tell them your goals. That’s the only way man. You need a swim coach, not a triathlon coach that throws a swim workout together. To often a tri coach pretends to be a swim coach. While they usually can get away with running and cycling coaching… THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE for a swim coach. Get it bro!
