Enjoyed this tutorial. I'm running a 700w and have tried to do a white fade on clear. It prints the solid white, but it prints nothing when it gets to the fade section. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
Great clip tons of info! I have a 560 and 2 months ago got a 700W slowly going to replace the 560. What I have come across the Grey's have a lot of noise texture in them. Have any thoughts on that?
Optimizer helps fix the ink in place BUT if you dry the OP too much or put too little the drops will coalesce. But if you put too much OP (too much ink in general), you can also have coalescence. Coming from generics, increasing OP and lowering drying will generally help but it is highly media-dependent. We offer tech support for all our customers that purchase equipment. If you enter a tech support ticket, we should be able to lat that for you under 'Submit Ticket.' connect.grimco.com/equipment-software#tech
@Grimcoinc I tried that. Still some have some noise texture. I did print rgb colors. Then I ran cmyk and those seem to be richer. Is this printer setup more for cmyk? Cause the 560 rgb colors are vibrant vs cmyk.
@@anthonylipetzky4487 Generally speaking, working in RGB will net better color results than CMYK. If you need further assistance we recommend visiting our website for technical equipment support.
