Edit: I want to also add that in general, any social place is supposed to punish false reports with *human* mods. They in fact *do* use AI very often, the reason is unknown, however maybe their support team was crowdsourced, I do not know for sure though. Shame that so many platforms have fallen so low. So ridiculous.

They can, and they will. The only solution to this is to hit them where it hurts, which is their wallets. But there's no competition to go to, (that has the same amount of content on it) so there's not much we can do..

Your videos are informative and extremely entertaining, and you should take full credit for bringing Windows and tech related content to such a big audience while keeping it interesting because it's no easy feat. Your video production quality, attention to detail, witty jokes and knowledge of the topics you engage with really sets you apart from any similar channels on the platform. The loss of this channel would be such a hard-hitter, not only because it would be completely unfair and unprovoked, but also because all of your viewers would lose such an amazing window to great and valuable content from someone who cares possibly forever. Just know we're always here to support and appreciate you, and I sincerely hope you'll make it out of the gutter UA-cam has pushed you into unscathed and that you'll recover all of your removed videos ❤

I sometimes feel like that UA-cam only supports the content that makes them money, not good educational content teaching people about tech, algorithms, etc. And Andrew, thank you so much for making me interested in computers and tech when I younger and I will be there for you through this whole thing with UA-cam.
You can do this Andrew. I've been a fan for years now and I learned a TON from you. Make sure to upload the backups and be ready. You can appeal continuously to ATTACK on UA-cam themselves. Good luck my man.

The issue is, some people slap that disclaimer onto their videos and act like it's some sort of "get out of jail free card".

I had a piano accompanist that was Russian and he recorded an unlisted video for my Abrsm grade 4, and that was taken down for “Harassment and Bullying” for no reason. I think UA-cam is extremely f***ing racist with its moderation systems and that they need to do something about it. They are losing a lot of good UA-camrs probably because of this
It's already the case on a bunch of platforms. Abusing of the report feature is a VERY quick way to ip ban someone off Reddit, because there are no humans behind verifying the reports' authenticity. I kinda expected UA-cam (aka Google) to be a bit better, but honestly report spam is just the "current meta"

Don't forget Roblox. Roblox will also ban you for seemingly anything, and will also ban you for saying anything on voice chat due to abuse.
All this is crazy, how is it possible that youtube keeps videos of the same content banned, but the most recent one doesn't. Still, don't give up Andrew ♥We are with you.
It's actually crazily weird that the video reporting function on youtube is being abused by some kids is disheartening, especially for your channel tho.
It's sad to see that people using such tactics to harm creators just because of a dumb reason which I'm not going to say (i don't know if you allow to say it here)

It's great to hear that your video "activating windows 11 with chatgpt" video was reinstated, even though there is some "uncertainty" about its future. The fact that youtube reviewed and accepted your latest appeal is a small win in itself.

Encontras essas pessoas em qualquer lugar, infelizmente. Essas "criaturas" que mentionaste, não param só em este canal, mas também em outros, só porque sim. E o UA-cam faz-lhes a vontade, MAS OBVIAMENTE vídeos como gore, vore, e LITERALMENTE P*, na maioria dos casos só têm uma restrição de idade, mas enderman faz um vídeo educativo e divertido, e youtube AGORA quer apagar o CANAL INTEIRO DELE!

My suggestion would be to always insert a big push to your Odysee channel in all of your videos so everyone knows where to go when UA-cam makes the wrong decision.

I remember something very similar happened to allan a few years ago, his channel was falsely striked 3 times and was taken down but he managed to get his channel back. i thought the strike system was improved but no it wasn't

But one more thing, I love your videos, I watched almost all of them, sparingly watching the last ones which I haven't watched yet, afterwards I might gonna watch them all over again, especially the Ransomware ones. They are Interesting, the way they hide away from the AV's is just amazing to me.
You are the reason why I started programming and looking over malware samples myself, decoding/decompiling them and looking how they react on VMs and on my spare HDD drive with windows 10 installed.

3:19 I used to be in the community where Bob Pony was still a low subscriber channel, and whenever we got to work on virtual machines and messing around with various stuff, we quickly made him the guy that does use old tech for some wacky stuff!

This reminds me of the situation with MicrowaveMeShow. Trolls mass reported his videos until his channel got terminated. It's back now, but only after almost a year of it being missing. Sad that history is repeating itself.

I have very similar experiences with youtube, had a tech channel with about 1k subs, first thing that happened was just removal of a link to download memz, first warning was removal of that memz video, and from there it went downhill, random takedowns of videos (i appealed all) and after i got 3 strikes, channel got deleted. i had another channel about minecraft with 4k subs when i was younger, they falsely took down one video and i guess when that happens the bots decide to take down other videos too and in the end the channel got deleted too (i appealed all videos too)
Stick through this. I've watched you since around 4 years ago. Your content has been amazing and what UA-cam is doing is unjustified and they could learn something by listening to you verses ruining my favorite UA-camr's channel because some random false claim. Stick through it, and eventually it will end and your channel will be back to what I loved watching.
Dear Enderman, I've been interested in technology since childhood and watching your videos inspired me to make content on it. I really love your content and I hope UA-cam realises that people misuse the report tool and also their automated moderation systems is pretty unstable which results in termination of innocent people off UA-cam. You've put a lot of effort into your videos, unlike others. It's ridiculous how kids on UA-cam go ahead and falsely report innocent people and they'd accept it.

Everything in 2019: All peaceful, not much drama on youTube, pretty much all calm everywhere
Everything now: Some toddlers hijacked the youtube headquarters and the underpaid security gave up, google is going all in with the bad domains and Microsoft is taking massive Ls and a new email spoofing system was found out and smaller companies like Odysee... are the only ones not taking Ls. Meanwhile many creators are suffering from youtube really messing up...
