He didn’t say them. The way his binding vow worked was that he sent out the World Slash with no setup once, in exchange for being forced to make the hand sign, chant, and direct the slash, for every subsequent use.

Like the only thing here that I'm genuinely kinda sad we didnt get to see is more stuff with Yuki. Could have been some genuinely interesting stuff with some cool dialogue. I can even see her just randomly showing up to talk to like Choso before he becomes a good guy something to see whats up with him and the other death paintings. Or popping in on one of the higher ups at the school or smth. idk, its just always pretty fun when she shows up. And you could use her as a vehicle to expand on some things.

Lost the fight but won the war. Having the strongest character in the series change his ideals after a THOUSAND years is practically impossible. You would have to force him to do so, and that's what Gojo accomplished in the end.
I saw a theory that the reason the head of the Gojo clan head, and Zenin clan head fought is because their was an affair, or something like that and thats how Yuta has both Fugiwara and Sugiwara heritage.
Personally I think a lot of the extra stuff that was offscreen will be left as notes for future movies or anime seasons. I could be wrong but I feel like that and sequel/spin-off series down the line are for sure coming.
The problem is Gege thinks we could extrapolate on these moments ourselves without any exploration. He just gives clues and gets straight to the point. Gege probably thinks if he explores these offscreen moments manga would last twice as long and truly become a clone of Naruto. But oftentimes he does not know what's important and what is not. So he off-screens the most crucial moments of the story including character interactions and leaves for example simple domain lore.
hol up wait a min Megumi hasn't mastered all Shikigami from 10S. Obviously he hasn't mastered Mahoraga, but we also never see him using the Bison, Tiger, or Deer. Maybe he has no reason to use Bison or Deer bc of their limited use, but Tiger is likely CRACKED, theres no confirmation he mastered, Ox, deer, or Tiger.

in hindsight, the story was rushed but it might have happened the only way it could for the story to progress how it did. Considering events, it all came down to megumi and mahoraga. So you can say either Sukuna really smart and saw this sooner than anyone else (it wouldnt make sense because gojo hinted at it first) or its just bad writing. If sukuna had not taken megumi's body, and gojo helped megumi tame mahoraga, then the story would have ended when Gojo and sukuna fought. It feels like Gege took us down an alternate timeline. Gojo was hinting that it was time for megumi to take his abilities to the next level because someone from his clan beat a six eye user. Megumi was beginning to develop his domain and for the first time in history it looked possible to tame mahoraga. And sukuna was being hinted to be this all powerful sorcerer with all these amazing abilties and skill, not evil. If so why not just 1 v 1 with Gojo? Wasnt that kenjaku's whole plan to make Yuji for this purpose? But they say kenjaku is the most evil but does barely anything evil. He's literally chilling with curses on a beach, while sukuna shows up literally terrorizing everyone 😂 It ends up simply being megumi vs gojo. then sukuna trying to clean up sorcerers who wouldn't stand a chance in standard 1 v 1's. All the heroes together could deal with all the other villains and curses. And if sukuna's kit got nullified like gojo's, then the villians wouldnt have stood a chance and all the other villians would have been cleaned up already at that point. We dont get to see our heroes begin to explore binding vows or how its possible to achieve open barrier domains. The kind of pacts they would make to enhance their domains. Everything is just cut short. Several plotholes. And mini stories we dont get to explore or see finished. Jjk is still great because if the awesome fights and power system. Character design is exceptional. But overall story telling fell off toward the end
I really dislike binding vows does nothing but offer bs power ups with little consequence. Gege should’ve just found a better way for sukuna to defeat gojo. If binding vows was so op why wasn’t everyone spamming them like sukuna?
Honestly, Todo and Miwa were the ONLY ones on the good guys side to memory, that use binding vows in the final arc are u fr?😭 On top of that we never even saw or were told what would happen if you broke a pact.
You need to fulfill your end of the vow to gain the benefits, and it needs to be of similar worth, like making a binding vow to make an open domain with a higher radius,you need to know how to make an open barrier to get the benefits, and of course, the more knowledgeable you are on binding vows, the more you can abuse them, like sukuna

The Six-Eyes allow Satoru to read the CT of anyone he looks at, excluding those that lack one. Gojo either fucking ignored the fact that Sukuna had a one-shot technique, or Gege forgot about his own explanation of the Six-Eyes. Tokyo Jujutsu Tech seemingly wants and encourages people to attempt to awaken Sukuna, they put the last finger in existence in the same exact place that Yuji effortlessly located the first one. Either it's canon that Gakuganji and every other adult in charge of Jujutsu High are fucking braindead, or Gege forgot about common sense in order to make a "impactful" last panel. A near full-strength Mahoraga with a shit ton of adaptation to Limitless got atomized by Unlimited Purple, yet a weakened Sukuna with brain damage and technique burnout survived with enough CE to let off the strongest single move in the series, plot-assisted bullshit. Seeing Todo get absolutely rocked gave Yuji a random buff, he went from unable to do anything to unlocking his domain expansion, telling Nobara to wake the fuck up without even knowing she was alive, hitting some whole sale black flashes, and straight up murdering Sukuna. Gojo canonically has one of the highest IQs in the series, yet his dumbass just kept wailing on Mahoraga despite his already mentioned Six-Eyes giving him knowledge on how Mahoraga's CT works. Gege either nerfed Gojo's IQ by 150 points or it's yet another case of plot-assisted bullshit. I know I'm going hard on the Six-Eyes thing, but Satoru should most definitely have at least seen the active seal technique on Sukuna, and know how it works. By the wording of how the Six-Eyes work, Gojo should have known full well that Sukuna had another full-power form in stock. Going back to my first point, I'm going to say that Gege used his own CT; Plot Manipulation, to just remove one of Gojo's core powers. Satoru is cocky, but he isn't retarded. He wouldn't have consciously allowed himself to get one-shotted if he knew he effectively did 0 damage. TL;DR : Gege forgets integral plot points and just throws bullshit in there instead.
There's no logical explanation for a person who can see cursed energy and all its derivatives, being unable to dodge an attack that Kusakabe can dodge. Doesn't make sense Then there's the matter of his immediate death, whereas Yuta survived long enough to get stitched together There's also a lack of explanation as to why the gap in execution speed, refinement and efficiency between Gojo and Sukuna wasn't much bigger. We have been told in detail why Gojo is as strong as he is, and we've been shown how he improved and got even stronger. Meanwhile, Sukuna is strong "just because" They kept telling us Sukuna was strong, but every time he was at death's door, he magically survived, and it was never due to his own strength. Just plot convenience. From the impossible logistics of transferring himself between two bodies, to the overwhelmingly bad odds of survival after transferring to Megumi, to being saved by the one person who has a crush on Megumi, to the countless binding vows, sacrificing nothing explicit which just allowed him to do it over and over, to basically no other character utilizing common sense against him Overall, I got the feeling that Gege isa malicious writer, whose aim is just to draw as much negative reaction as possible. He wasn't in it to let people enjoy the story
@@faisonx You're right, but a few of your points could probably be refined. Gojo, unlike Yuta, was both ready and in fact *willing* to die at the hands of Sukuna's World Cutting Slash. Gojo sort of implied that he *could* have came back, but he felt as though he had fulfilled his purpose. Personally, the whole transfer to Megumi seems like bullshit. What's the difference between one of Sukuna's fingers with a 1/1,000,000 chance to not drop dead and a finger broken off of Sukuna's own hand? Megumi by all means should have just died and taken all of Sukuna's power with him, but that would've been a terrible ending from a writing standpoint. I don't particularly think Gege is a malicious writer, he just doesn't know how to maintain a story. Don't put both of the strongest characters in the entire verse head to head if you don't plan on the fight ending the series. Don't introduce new conflicts and plot points at the end of the story. Don't offscreen primary characters. And most definitely don't make plot twists for shock value so your dwindling fanbase keeps their hopes up. This gap shouldn't be closed with just skill alone. The guy can see without light, analyze curse energy on impossible small scales for anyone else, and according to Kusakabe and co, basically uses cursed energy slower than he recovers it. Basically, Gojo, by pure genetics, is supposed to be better than everyone else at anything that involves reading cursed energy. And this advantage wasn't shown in the least. The best we got was where Gojo opened his Domain something like 0.1 seconds earlier than Sukuna, and that was it The author just shows us a long fight where Sukuna is opening Domains almost as fast as Gojo, "seeing" changes in air currents and using those to air-walk, and somehow these are things Gojo couldn't do and do much better? Hell, Kusakabe, who couldn't sense Sukuna's slashes beforehand even successfully dodged one after it was launched Sukuna's Domain, by design is supposed to be a sitting duck against Gojo. It is a stationary, physical object, and Gojo is a person who can teleport outside of it. Destroying it should be trivial I don't get the feeling that the author wanted to portray Gojo as suicidal. Just like the Dragon Ball authors, the author simply ignored the capabilities of Gojo in order to actually make a fight where the should barely be any Honestly, the story started by stating a hard, solid fact in the first few chapters: Gojo might not be omnipotent, but he's certainly unbeatable At the start of the story I was interested in how the author would manage a story with an unbeatable character on the protagonist's side. But to me, it was botched
Uh, Freeza and Aizen didn't need a backstory because these villains had an actual goal for their philosophies. Context given to the reader was actually relevant to the plot. You eventually see how deep Aizen's plans for his vision were laid out throughout the story. The same cannot be said for Sukuna. Yuji just randomly claims at the end of the manga he would've been a good person under different circumstances. Which is completely out of left field because Gege refused to actually build on his idea for Sukuna. It reads like we were only given the memos from a class we aren't registered for.
Hollow Purple was probably developed after the death of the previous Six Eyes user and the Ten Shadows user, which might explain why that Six Eyes user couldn't defeat Mahoraga and why the technique wasn't known until Gojo started using it. It's also likely it was created to find a counter to Mahoraga.
I don't think so because even if the previous six eyes user didn't know about purple he should be able to defeat mahoraga with his domain or red Gojo was going to one shot mahoraga with red but he already adopted to it

People didn't understand this fight until now and why Gojo didn't teleport at this moment, there is a psychological aspect on this, the strategy of Sukuna wasn't to physically beat him first because it was impossible but the strategy was to beat his brain first by making him believe lie and truth in situation where they can be produced simultaneously (example Sukuna use dismantle only 2 times in the fight, the first time he cut a building to test the effectiveness of DA against neutral infinity but Gojo think he was using buildings as decoy and manipulation continue until the end). - the readers and Gojo were fooled and cut by the world cutting slash at the same time that's why must of them don't understand this fight. - Also they don't understand why Gojo say he could have still lost and Sukuna was unable to give everything, it's because he believes the WCS was a card Sukuna save but when Sukuna explain after the dream with Geta to him that technique was nearly impossible to replicate, Gojo smile, which prove he understand everything now. - Gege akutami deserves some more respect, as they said the lack of understanding from many readers create difficulties for JJK.
Worst offscreen is the Funeral Tiger one, the only Shikigami of the ten shadows that was never shown and we know Sukuna had him because it was used up to make Agito.
Unless Gege said all 6 eyes users dont have limitless then they all have it, you can have limitless without the 6 eyes but if 6 eyes makes limitless easier to use then thats the purpose of them, Gojo said the merit of having techniques passed down for generations is having a how to manual plus Sugawara was said to be a the first 6 eyes limitless user

Megumi can die after the ritual, the only reason he didn’t is 1: Haruta didn’t die and 2: sukuna healed him with rct. If sukuna didn’t save Haruta they both would’ve died.

We're not asking Gege to spoonfeed us information, but he could've taken advantage of showing instead of telling. When a creative writer sets up a world, and he makes it intriguing, of course we would want said world to be built upon, especially when the possibility is right there. JJK has a universe that's quite literally a goldmine of interesting concepts which could be explored, but Geges way of writing it makes it seem as expansive as an ocean, but in reality, it's as deep as a puddle.

Personally I think a lot of the extra stuff that was offscreen will be left as notes for future movies or anime seasons. I could be wrong but I feel like that and sequel/spin-off series down the line are for sure coming.

The problem is Gege thinks we could extrapolate on these moments ourselves without any exploration. He just gives clues and gets straight to the point. Gege probably thinks if he explores these offscreen moments manga would last twice as long and truly become a clone of Naruto. But oftentimes he does not know what's important and what is not. So he off-screens the most crucial moments of the story including character interactions and leaves for example simple domain lore.

in hindsight, the story was rushed but it might have happened the only way it could for the story to progress how it did. Considering events, it all came down to megumi and mahoraga. So you can say either Sukuna really smart and saw this sooner than anyone else (it wouldnt make sense because gojo hinted at it first) or its just bad writing.
If sukuna had not taken megumi's body, and gojo helped megumi tame mahoraga, then the story would have ended when Gojo and sukuna fought. It feels like Gege took us down an alternate timeline. Gojo was hinting that it was time for megumi to take his abilities to the next level because someone from his clan beat a six eye user. Megumi was beginning to develop his domain and for the first time in history it looked possible to tame mahoraga. And sukuna was being hinted to be this all powerful sorcerer with all these amazing abilties and skill, not evil. If so why not just 1 v 1 with Gojo? Wasnt that kenjaku's whole plan to make Yuji for this purpose?
But they say kenjaku is the most evil but does barely anything evil. He's literally chilling with curses on a beach, while sukuna shows up literally terrorizing everyone 😂
It ends up simply being megumi vs gojo. then sukuna trying to clean up sorcerers who wouldn't stand a chance in standard 1 v 1's.
All the heroes together could deal with all the other villains and curses. And if sukuna's kit got nullified like gojo's, then the villians wouldnt have stood a chance and all the other villians would have been cleaned up already at that point.
We dont get to see our heroes begin to explore binding vows or how its possible to achieve open barrier domains. The kind of pacts they would make to enhance their domains. Everything is just cut short. Several plotholes. And mini stories we dont get to explore or see finished. Jjk is still great because if the awesome fights and power system. Character design is exceptional. But overall story telling fell off toward the end

The Six-Eyes allow Satoru to read the CT of anyone he looks at, excluding those that lack one. Gojo either fucking ignored the fact that Sukuna had a one-shot technique, or Gege forgot about his own explanation of the Six-Eyes.
Tokyo Jujutsu Tech seemingly wants and encourages people to attempt to awaken Sukuna, they put the last finger in existence in the same exact place that Yuji effortlessly located the first one. Either it's canon that Gakuganji and every other adult in charge of Jujutsu High are fucking braindead, or Gege forgot about common sense in order to make a "impactful" last panel.
A near full-strength Mahoraga with a shit ton of adaptation to Limitless got atomized by Unlimited Purple, yet a weakened Sukuna with brain damage and technique burnout survived with enough CE to let off the strongest single move in the series, plot-assisted bullshit.
Seeing Todo get absolutely rocked gave Yuji a random buff, he went from unable to do anything to unlocking his domain expansion, telling Nobara to wake the fuck up without even knowing she was alive, hitting some whole sale black flashes, and straight up murdering Sukuna.
Gojo canonically has one of the highest IQs in the series, yet his dumbass just kept wailing on Mahoraga despite his already mentioned Six-Eyes giving him knowledge on how Mahoraga's CT works. Gege either nerfed Gojo's IQ by 150 points or it's yet another case of plot-assisted bullshit.
I know I'm going hard on the Six-Eyes thing, but Satoru should most definitely have at least seen the active seal technique on Sukuna, and know how it works. By the wording of how the Six-Eyes work, Gojo should have known full well that Sukuna had another full-power form in stock. Going back to my first point, I'm going to say that Gege used his own CT; Plot Manipulation, to just remove one of Gojo's core powers. Satoru is cocky, but he isn't retarded. He wouldn't have consciously allowed himself to get one-shotted if he knew he effectively did 0 damage.
TL;DR : Gege forgets integral plot points and just throws bullshit in there instead.
There's no logical explanation for a person who can see cursed energy and all its derivatives, being unable to dodge an attack that Kusakabe can dodge. Doesn't make sense
Then there's the matter of his immediate death, whereas Yuta survived long enough to get stitched together
There's also a lack of explanation as to why the gap in execution speed, refinement and efficiency between Gojo and Sukuna wasn't much bigger. We have been told in detail why Gojo is as strong as he is, and we've been shown how he improved and got even stronger. Meanwhile, Sukuna is strong "just because"
They kept telling us Sukuna was strong, but every time he was at death's door, he magically survived, and it was never due to his own strength. Just plot convenience. From the impossible logistics of transferring himself between two bodies, to the overwhelmingly bad odds of survival after transferring to Megumi, to being saved by the one person who has a crush on Megumi, to the countless binding vows, sacrificing nothing explicit which just allowed him to do it over and over, to basically no other character utilizing common sense against him
Overall, I got the feeling that Gege isa malicious writer, whose aim is just to draw as much negative reaction as possible. He wasn't in it to let people enjoy the story

Gojo, unlike Yuta, was both ready and in fact *willing* to die at the hands of Sukuna's World Cutting Slash. Gojo sort of implied that he *could* have came back, but he felt as though he had fulfilled his purpose.
Personally, the whole transfer to Megumi seems like bullshit. What's the difference between one of Sukuna's fingers with a 1/1,000,000 chance to not drop dead and a finger broken off of Sukuna's own hand? Megumi by all means should have just died and taken all of Sukuna's power with him, but that would've been a terrible ending from a writing standpoint.
I don't particularly think Gege is a malicious writer, he just doesn't know how to maintain a story. Don't put both of the strongest characters in the entire verse head to head if you don't plan on the fight ending the series. Don't introduce new conflicts and plot points at the end of the story. Don't offscreen primary characters. And most definitely don't make plot twists for shock value so your dwindling fanbase keeps their hopes up.

This gap shouldn't be closed with just skill alone. The guy can see without light, analyze curse energy on impossible small scales for anyone else, and according to Kusakabe and co, basically uses cursed energy slower than he recovers it. Basically, Gojo, by pure genetics, is supposed to be better than everyone else at anything that involves reading cursed energy. And this advantage wasn't shown in the least. The best we got was where Gojo opened his Domain something like 0.1 seconds earlier than Sukuna, and that was it
The author just shows us a long fight where Sukuna is opening Domains almost as fast as Gojo, "seeing" changes in air currents and using those to air-walk, and somehow these are things Gojo couldn't do and do much better? Hell, Kusakabe, who couldn't sense Sukuna's slashes beforehand even successfully dodged one after it was launched
Sukuna's Domain, by design is supposed to be a sitting duck against Gojo. It is a stationary, physical object, and Gojo is a person who can teleport outside of it. Destroying it should be trivial

Uh, Freeza and Aizen didn't need a backstory because these villains had an actual goal for their philosophies. Context given to the reader was actually relevant to the plot. You eventually see how deep Aizen's plans for his vision were laid out throughout the story. The same cannot be said for Sukuna. Yuji just randomly claims at the end of the manga he would've been a good person under different circumstances. Which is completely out of left field because Gege refused to actually build on his idea for Sukuna. It reads like we were only given the memos from a class we aren't registered for.

Hollow Purple was probably developed after the death of the previous Six Eyes user and the Ten Shadows user, which might explain why that Six Eyes user couldn't defeat Mahoraga and why the technique wasn't known until Gojo started using it. It's also likely it was created to find a counter to Mahoraga.
But hey, we'll never know cause Gege will never flesh it out.

People didn't understand this fight until now and why Gojo didn't teleport at this moment, there is a psychological aspect on this, the strategy of Sukuna wasn't to physically beat him first because it was impossible but the strategy was to beat his brain first by making him believe lie and truth in situation where they can be produced simultaneously (example Sukuna use dismantle only 2 times in the fight, the first time he cut a building to test the effectiveness of DA against neutral infinity but Gojo think he was using buildings as decoy and manipulation continue until the end).

I really hate how people are like "none of this is explained" "wheres heian era" like do most people not know how to comprehend a story and your own conclusions. Not everything needs to flat out shown and told directly to us
We're not asking Gege to spoonfeed us information, but he could've taken advantage of showing instead of telling. When a creative writer sets up a world, and he makes it intriguing, of course we would want said world to be built upon, especially when the possibility is right there. JJK has a universe that's quite literally a goldmine of interesting concepts which could be explored, but Geges way of writing it makes it seem as expansive as an ocean, but in reality, it's as deep as a puddle.
