    during quarantine, it’ll be very easy to get shredded. with all your favorite restaurants and your gym closed, losing weight should be easy, so it’s a great time to get abs. however, if you want to get bigger you will NEED resistance training with weight. if you are a powerlifter for example, you can’t train without a gym. what this really means is that we need to learn to find satisfaction in the other avenues of training, and understand that bigger is not necessarily better

    I friggin' love how encouraging/nourishing this is. Most "how to workout at home videos" tell you what to do and to crank out a static set+rep. Like it's a basic formula that works for everyone.
    This video softly pushes you to go at your own pace. And even offers easier alternatives if the initial workout is too hard. I love it.

    • @adrianserrano4461
      @adrianserrano4461 4 роки тому

      You can start with easier exercises but remember the end goal is always the harder ones, so don't get stuck on the begginer workouts. Just know that you can't get fit without doing progressive overload aka doing harder and harder workouts.

All you need to focus are the fundamental parkour movements. Doing crawling, jumping, landing, running, climbing, swimming, and lifting. It also helps to practice archery, diy's and crafts, and low intense exercises.
