I can confirm what you’re saying, Yes although both Sunnis and Shias have bad sides like almost everything in the world, The country is still a beautiful and friendly place. The government doesn’t represent us, We represent ourselves.
Yes but it represents the current ruling system in an unfair light. Many Bahrainis and inhabitants of Bahrain don’t feel it’s a dictatorship. Despite that, I am not here to invalidate anyone’s views, we all have our own thoughts - that’s the beauty of politics. However, in my opinion, the current regime brings much needed stability to a turbulent region. This then enables economic growth which overall improves the standard of life to all. Education, healthcare and all vital necessities are provided for free - indicating a high standard of life. The illusion of a democracy can often seem promising but when implemented provides a whole different truth. Could you please name one thriving Arab republic? I feel the video is biased because it is filled with many exaggerated comparisons. How does a trespasser (regardless of motive) compare to Khashoggi, a man innocently killed when attempting to renew his passport for a marriage license? One party was aware of the risk while the other wasn’t. Furthermore, Khashoggi was a highly sophisticated influential figure, a writer for the Washington Post ... that’s why he was assassinated. How much influence does Abbas Moosa have? I am pretty sure if he did not trespass the embassy, this video wouldn’t even be here and no one would be mentioning his name. When creating a video on a ruling system, it’s important to consider the thoughts and feelings of all - not just one party. Vice shouldn’t be pushing a one sided narrative to generate the highest amount of clickbait. How stereotypical, basically stating “Middle Eastern dictatorship assassinates all who want freedom”? Has the camera crew been to Bahrain and seen the standard of life. If you want to make video on Bahrain, how about talk to the ones unfavourable of the current system and ones that are favourable. By no means do I think that the current system is perfect but I believe it is what’s necessary for the stability and growth of Bahrain.

I live in bahrain and I am proudly sunni and I would just request you not to believe in this video and any news regarding this its all lies they are just trying there best to show bahrain as bad as possible.
I can confirm what you’re saying, Yes although both Sunnis and Shias have bad sides like almost everything in the world, The country is still a beautiful and friendly place.
The government doesn’t represent us, We represent ourselves.
We stand with you. Nobody has the violence right over another.

ua-cam.com/video/5JXMPDQfJmM/v-deo.html
This video is completely false, one sided and misinformed. It doesn’t represent the true thoughts and views of the Bahraini people.
the video isn't talking about the people at all its talking about the dictatorship and the government.
@@leenahussein778 I am aware that in the first comment I do diminish opposing thoughts which I don’t think is right either. @@abdullahusain6048 i don't know what bahrain you seem to be talking about, but it's most certainly not the one I live in. what's the point of free healthcare and education if it's not worth a damn? people are oppressed, there is no free speech, the media is entirely controlled by the state, people HAVE been killed and tortured and are STILL being killed or tortured. you must either be naturalized or a privileged kid from high income neighborhoods, open your eyes and read up on this. read about the uprisings in the 90s, 80s and so on.

I believe in the US embassy staff receive diplomatic immunity on many charges. And inside an embassy it is basically foreign soil - so not surprised there were no charges or investigations regarding the embassy staff. And, they have their own security to protect their interests.
Anyway, I have mad respect for people who are outspoken against regimes that willfully torture kill and disappear pains in the ass.

Statement: We restrained him when he attempted to jump off the roof for his own safety.
Ok, I guess my eyes just don't work as well as I thought they did.
The UK police should have arrested also the people who were beating him. it was an assault..
They have diplomatic immunity.
Its a Shia vs Sunni problem in Bahrain. For all you people who think dictatorship is the issue then learn and educate yourself about how middle east has worked since ancient times. Not saying that dictatorship is good but certain parts of the world are still not ready for democracy. That's the sad truth. You think replacing that king is a good option, ok fine see how what happened to Libya and Iraq. If you go ask the people over there now, they would for sure pick their old dictators than the corrupt politicians now. At least those dictator brats looted and still provided something. The middle east politicians are much worse.
Tell your dictator give equal rights to shias
Had the revolution been successful in Bahrain, it would spread out to the neighbouring countries. That's why all of the gcc countries plus Jordan silenced the protests.
It's so sad

I mean, there’s definitely something off about this guy. The fact that he didn’t seem to understand why he was being arrested despite trespassing is kind of strange. I agree with his beliefs and the cause he’s fighting for, but he’s a little deluded in other ways.
Its not that he doesn't understand why he was arrested, he was surprised that THEY weren't arrested as well. And you should be too, Diplomatic Immunity does not extend to attempted murder, regardless of whether its "Bahraini soil" or not, especially when you have the attempted murder and bodily assault filmed on camera.
That is a fact . Look and see how many of them are in UK .
this man is a hero
Not trying to discredit him but it looked like the embassy workers tried to pull him from the ledge not push.
More power to these people
If they did kill him wouldn't he have landed on the uk ground? Would that be an act of war since it is a an embassy?
Wow this was so good I'm not racist anymore
Lol what?
Proud of you.
@Wolf Of Fire thank you for understand
UK and Bahrain are both kingdoms and here you think uk can help, you tripping, one thing a civilian can't do is to fight a complete government.
Some people do not understand how embassies work. They are not just buildings. It is not as simple as just arresting the embassy employee. What happened to this man and his countrymen is horrible
Exactly right, the police broke the law by just entering the embassy, they can only arrest him because the embassy employees has diplomatic immunity, the UK police did what they could and even broke the law to save this man. He wasn't going to leave that embassy any other way
It was a smart move to arrest him. That way Bahrain cannot say the British invaded their soil/embassy against them.
We support our sisters + brothers in the peaceful struggle for freedom + equality of every human being on earth. It is time to awaken + unite worldwide !!! "Peaceful struggle" produces nothing but martyrs
Yeah, I'm calling Bullshit. Watch carefully, pushing him over would have been a simple shove, in a few spots he's fighting to stay there. Regardless of the situation in Bahrain and what's happened to him he's not fighting to avoid going over, any one of us could give him a long shove on his shoulder and he'd be gone. By the way, if he had been pushed there'd be nothing we could do, if that is actually an embassy he violated it's security and if they killed him there is diplomatic immunity to deal with. They are untouchable, subject only to expulsion. Bahrain human rights aside, he isn't being pushed off the roof, he's self aggrandizing to get attention.

Well, police legally cannot arrest the torturers, hell even of they did horrendous things to him, since its diplomatically in Bahrain, they can banish, or arrest when they are not in the embassy, but cannot do anything inside the embassy, would be an act of war or something
