Hey guys and welcome to this speed build video. Today I'm building a house that was created for a family that I am currently playing with (which is the reason I use so much store content and expansion content, you can still download it though). I really love the style of the mansion , this is pretty much the only house builder I can download the house and not have to change a single thing!❤️
I appluade you! Any simmer who regularly builds houses knows the pain of building a big ass mansion, with huge rooms, but not enough content to fill them up. You have a big living room, but you still have a bunch of chuncks of empty space? when in doubt, book shelfs!

Well school comes first I'd say! And as said in the comments you must do what makes you happy, plus doing your LPs the way you usually play I think would be loads more entertaining. Anyways love the house and to mention you are one of the simers that inspires the way I build and decorate my sim homes. To bad that I can't upload my homes to the exchange. It never lets me and IDK why. I've tried and the status actually says it's uploaded but I go to my page at the exchange and nothing. So that sucks. Anyways I've also done the tilts of the couches to have a better angle of the tv. I find it looks better that way. Have a nice day! ^.^
By all means, play the way you prefer to play. Working/studying hard for school is fine but it's important to have something that's relaxing and enjoyable= balance.

When on your pc/mac/laptop click on the media fire link and the drag the Download into you 'Downloads' folder in your Sims 3 folder :)
