INGREDIENTS ▼
8 oz (225g) ground pork
2 Chinese mushrooms, soak for 20 minutes and finely diced
4 water chestnuts, finely diced
6 medium shrimps, roughly chopped
1 tbsp Shao Hsing cooking wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp salt
¼ ground pepper
1 tsp sesame oil
18 siu mai or wonton wrappers
¼ carrot, finely diced

Fantastic! My mom used to drag me to Chinese Restaurants when I was a kid back in the 80's and this was always something that I liked when we had Dim Sum. I have since developed a taste for all kinds of foods but this has a very sentimental place in my heart.
