In terms of Devi's large selection of fuzzes, you'll find the ænima at Number 1 poll position - top left. Whether this is a coincidence or not, I'm not sure. I haven't tried a good many of Devi's fuzzes but of those I have tried, this is the one for me.
Basically, it's musical, uncompromising, brutal, singing, angelic, hellish, belligerent, swoon-causing fuzz heaven. Perfect.
Thanks, Devi.

Sweet sounding. Your demonstration is much better than the one on their own site, which would have not made me put this in my wishlist to get later, as your demo has.
Great video bro, thanks!
yes this is the next Devi Ever pedal I will get. It sure sounds good on single coils. thanks for the review.
If at all possible I would love to see a demo of this with P90s!
99% of aenima sales come down to this video... pure awesome tone.
Oh-My-God.
I think I'm gonna order one :)
@vileguile4 You can special order guitars. Fender, Jackson and Gibson all offer wider necks on special orders. I had a Jackson with a 1 3/4 neck.
omg this must be doom metal heaven.
@MrNonoz Hell yea
Ahh yes, just what the neighbours need! I hope they appreciate your playing :D I know i do!
Quick off-topic question: What guitars brand/model do you know have the widest necks? Im a pianoplayer from start and my fingertips aren't exactly compatible with a 1 5/8" (42mm) .. im not sure if the (standard?) 1 11/16" (43mm) is enough, im probably in need of 1 3/4" (44mm). Any suggestions? So few websites state nut width making it hard to get a clue.
Take care!
Amazing. Would you say it's able to get sludgy/stoner sounds?

HOW. DID.. YOU.. Get the "90" in AUSTRALIA, when I can't find anything of hers in stock here in the USA, where Devi's lair is?? WTH?? ...Especially the more obscure pedals such as that and the "Ruby"...and even the Disaster Fuzz has fallen off the face of our fair planet as of late. Really, I think Devi Ever (the company) is quietly folding. Commonly happens with small boutique efx makers...
