This year we waited one month for a part from M&R, machine completely down. Had to manual every order. Tried to schedule a tech visit: Lead time 3 months and he's a 7 hour drive away, which we have to pay $50/hour for. M&R doesn't care. ROQ does.
Your absolute right this is a huge factor. I honestly can't say what it is to wait on roq because I never really ran into that issue yet. When I do run into technical problems I can call a roq tech immediately for assistance. The support is really top notch. I will tell you I face what you face on our freejet dtg machines. The time it takes for you to get a rep is 3days minimum to months. So trust me I know what it feels like. It really hurts your business. That's why when I hear people go crazy over team blue how it's the greatest, I don't waste my time arguing.
I would get rid of the DX flashes.
If it were a car, It would be a lemon car.
