Wonderful question! I would recommend presenting your heart to the Lord as a living sacrifice. Submit your issues of concern to Him one by one. Tell Him you are sorry about the condition of your heart. Tell Him that you want every place in your heart that is insincere to be purified to sincerity. You want every lie replaced with truth and every place of judgment replaced with compassion. You want every place in your heart, life and relationships that is not pleasing to Him to be stripped and replaced with things that please Him. Then ask Him to change and heal your broken, insincere heart so that you over time walk in Ez. 36:26 as your experiential reality. This is his will for the body of Christ. Tell Him that you believe that He has already given you the new heart and new spirit of Ez. 36:26. Thank Him for that. Walk in His yoke (Matt. 11:28-30) daily and stay in that humble, dependent heart posture and watch Him work as he conforms your heart to the image of Christ’s heart.
Thank you sister Ashley. I’ve struggled with this for some time now. I pray earnestly with my heart but it’s like my mind is still trying to find the wiggle room or loop hole and my prayers are not always about his will but wanting my outcome. I always feel so frustrated after I pray and it happens.
@@stevensimpson1075 I would ask the Lord to reveal to you the hidden issue underneath this struggle. It likely traces back to childhood trauma. Be open for Him to show you this SO THAT HE CAN HEAL YOU! He loves to heal His children and He loves it when you trust Him!
