Mine was out .065" new from the factory. The forums claim the primer shuttle is super hard blah blah blah. Like you I did not want to chance damage to the main frame so I drilled and tapped the shuttle with a 3/32 nf flathead screw, double checked the offset added a drop of locktite and have never had any primer issues. Wish I had seen your vid many months ago
Well dam I never thought of tapping the shuttle , silly me 🤦🤣 Thanks for the the comment and thank you for your support much appreciated Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with just a comment away 👍
Hey snowgorilla, I want to do that to my shuttle, the drill and tap truck for an adjustment screw. I don’t have a drill press but I know someone who does. Can you send details of how you did yours so I can get mine done. I’m tired of screwing up primers.
Nice! Thanks for sharing. A zip tie is a lot less work, less intrusive, and no permanent modifications necessary with it. I don’t know anything about tapping screws but I can put a zip tie on

Fill in the gap in front of primer slide bar, when in forward position .
Great info. What’s the large silver assembly on top of the primer station?
Great tip! Thanks!!! Where did you get your lights under the tool head?
Amazing. Thank you.
Question for you, I got my Dillon rl1100 and I’m having a issue when I discharge my powder, there always some still falling out on the up stroke
Just told my wife I had to go make a work phone call so I could go do this to my 1100 and not hear bitching, will report back
What hold down die are you using for the .223?
