A tip for Owen and Aimee, you should put a Led-Cloud on your ceiling, it would fit perfectly! BTW: Owen & Aimee's setup was definitely the best! 🔥
I absolutely hate LED clouding cos it's looks so dirty in the daylight! But thank you so much we are planning on doing something t else to the ceiling tho!!

NO WAY you did not give Owen and Aimee the seal of approval that setup had so much personality in it and it was clean, that was one of the best setup so far.
Just proves that the seal of approval means nothing. In the past it's been given to setups not even remotely close to Owen and Aimee.
the seal of approval and pretty much any of his critiques/opinions are unnecessary to me. i’m sure a lot of ppl appreciate them, but some things are entirely subjective and don’t deserve criticism because they don’t align with his preferences. it would be better off just showcasing the setups instead of trying to perfect it in his specific vision
@@floaTyturd I agree, i thought the one set up he had on this video where hi was a white/black theme and it was a great set up, but i feel like if it doesnt blind people with RGP it doesn't get his thumbs up. either way great set ups.

@TechSource the mic hes using is the Shure mv7 with a sm7b pop filter. Anyway to answer your question, the mv7 can be used as an XLR mic as well as USB as it has a built in interface. There is also a mv7x which is only XLR.

its a great feeling, try saving up small bits of money from every paycheck, took me a year and a half and I built my dream setup and finished it completely last week

Hey Ed, I'm pretty sure the Shure MV7 can be either plugged into your pc via xlr into an audio interface, or directly into pc via USB. That's why Andreas doesn't have an interface anymore, or at least doesn't use it in his setup anymore.

I love this "hide yo cables" show!
All of them were awesome, and inspiring. However, Owen and Aimee's setup was the best, in my mind (and eyes). There's just something about dual setups like that. Hmmmm, wonder if I could do something liek that in my small office. See, inspiring.
Christian's setup is so nice! Nothing like a clean desk free of clutter to make gaming and working much more enjoyable. I love that footrest. The only thing I would change is that chair...it's not very good looking. That last one was pretty epic as well. Can't wait until I get to submit my setup. Still a work in progress and it's not great by any means, but I am sure to inspire some people with some of the choices I made for mine.

3:06 the Shure MV7 mic is USB also not only XLR so dont need a go-xlr or other things to use it .

Christian with the 2 27" monitors i would use a bigger ultra wide monitor to avoid the big bezel in the middle

Overall I like Christian's set up for the nice warm lighting. But I also like the way GivemChills set up that second monitor (I want to so something similar.).
