Great work by Tether! Personally, I don't doubt the stability of Tether for many reasons, one of which is the experience. This stable coin can rightfully be called time-tested because considering all the recent turmoil in the market it still remains stable despite predictions of its possible collapse. Its relatively good performance also confirms their performance. They might hit 200b soon with the market so bullish.
tether has made around 85% of its investments in cash or cash equivalents. notably, the corporation announced operational profits in excess of $1 billion for the second quarter of 2023, representing a strong 30% increase quarter after quarter. so, not really shocked that this happened 😎

Several years ago, I was concerned that Tether wasn’t keeping 100% collateral & was a risk to Bitcoin. Scratch that one off the list!
They claim to have billions of dollars in profits, yet they refuse to pay for a proper audit. There is no company in the world that makes 6billion+ in profits that avoids a proper audit except Tether.

Paolo exactly spot on about gamefi economics. Any game with hopes of real adoption is gonna have to thrive throughout crypto bull AND bear cycles. In-game tokens would have to be relatively stable, therefore not attractive for Degen speculation. Not at all what the current crop are marketed as.
