How hard can an audit really be? You have t bills, you have Bitcoin and you have Gold. Get out the calculator. Does it add up, or doesn't it? It's not like most companies that have a greater diversity of Questionable assets.
Why do we have stable coins in the first place? Why not hold and price in $USD? Because they didn't have it so they invented a very clever way to print $USD.
Because it was more anonymous and didn't have to deal with different international banks and their criteria.
