I miss real white pizza. I moved from Long Island to Upstate NY, where no one knows how to make a decent pie, and their idea of a "white slice" is a bottom layer of garlic paste and a few splotches of mozzerella. Oh, and their idea of baked ziti is to fill the tin with noodles and have them swimming in sauce, top with a less than a handful of mozzerella, bake, and a dollup of ricotta on top after.
Not a pizza I like! But to each their own! But the pizza I do like more than regular pizza is a pesto pizza! Some homemade dough, basil pesto, mozzarella, and veggies. That’s the best damn pizza I’ll ever have lol.
@@doughcheesesauce Kroeger has their own line of creamy Italian. Alpine sauce comes in the big boy plastic jars from your food distributor or Amazon. I find it to be best with pork (breakfast sausage), and pepperoni. A weeks worth of sodium 😂
