Sir, its good that you started swing trading, work on this for next two yrs minimum with minimum capital , you will do lots of mistake, market will teach you, one day you will see the profit and try to make it consistently for next one yr and add more capital in it. Part time trading has cons too: 1. Focus. Your day job will consume a lot of energy plus you need to keep upskilling. Multi tasking just makes it very stressful. Dhoni quit his govt job to practice cricket full time. 2. Opportunity Cost. Ramp up time is very long compared to uni-tasking . If trading is your passion and have financial backup to run few months, no harm trying hand at full time. We can't define a timeline to start full time every has different learning ability, risk ability and eagerness. One life to live. Discuss with family, plan a backup and go for it when you are getting consistent returns 1/2 of your salary.
Due to instagram and other apps which provide quick access to entertainment, makes people impatient and that is the sole reason why today's generation doesn't have patience to watch long videos.

Don't fall in the traps of beginners luck. Youths have enough time and energy to correct their mistakes in market. Only the broker will earn with your day to day trading. my methods Maximum of 10% allocation of capital in any stock. Invest only 50% of total capital ( ret can used to average or reduce loss or adding more no; of shares for short term. Never invest in fundamentaly bad company even if its share price is going up, its a trap. Always keep updated, spend at least 2 hours everyday learn. Know your limits. Set stop loss and target price always. The best advice i got, never keep all eggs on one basket. It help to protect profit, capital and mentality ❤️
