Same here! My family watches It's A Wonderful Life, The Christmas Card, and It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year every Christmas. I highly recommend Season for Miracles and A Very Merry Mix up as well. 😊

Ugh! I did so bad on this. I thought for sure I could figure it out, I know sometimes Hallmark movies and Christian films could have filming similarities and some of the same actors or actresses, but someone of the ones i thought were Christian were Hallmark.

I don't watch Hallmark. I don't watch Christian movies. I've seen none of these movies, yet still got all but two correct (7 correct out of 9). Kind of easy... has-been Hollywood actors (Hallmark) versus Kirk (Christian). Anyways... another entertaining video 😀

The irony about this is that "lukewarm" really describes what these movies have in common, but guess who it is who hates that? Maybe some of them don't deserve that criticism, because it really wasn't an aesthetic lukewarmness He was describing, but so often, the ground rule for anything Christian is "keep it tepid". They are too often spiritually lukewarm, and the emotional impression of lukewarmness comes from that.
For instance, I joined a group that's about Christian writing and publishing of various kinds. A man who said he occupied an important position with a Christian publisher advised us to _leave salvation out_ of our Christian stories! He said it "just never works" in the stories. So what was he looking for? He quit talking when we objected, but not before telling us of his political connections, to prove what an authority he was. So what was this gospel-less, salvation-less "Christian" fiction he was looking for? Oh, I'm guessing something light and fluffy ("ewe's fluffy", you know), full of family values and "the Christian lifestyle", with a pleasant note of cinnamon in the background. Prosperous (fat and flourishing) characters, although skinny and attractive. And keep it not too hot, not too cold, because it's a product made to sell! Books with salvation in them "are never any good", but the Christianese product he thought was our speed, I'm guessing is pretty Hallmark Channel. But if the most important issue in life cannot make a worthwhile book, what can?

No. They don't think they work with Pureflix. They're the ones who made the movies like Fireproof, Courageous, and Facing The Giants. If you've never seen them, I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately, this shows that Christian movies are as bad of quality as Hallmark...
I know of only a few christian movies and only 1 Christian movie - The Passion, if you are going to make Christian movies then make ones with real powerful graphics and stories, like the man who was dying on the way to hospital and the roof of the ambulance flew off and was engulfed in flames, he said the Lord's prayer and then he saw hell, etc, etc; but do it as big a budget as God could give, make the effects even more horrifying that those in The Passion, or dont bother making any so called christian movies.
Christian or hallmark their all depressing tear jerking maipulative movies
