My favorite is the mug. I could use that for many items in my craft area. It looks like so much fun to create with air dry clay. I don't have to be perfect just make something to my liking and get on with it. Thank you for all your wonderful videos.
I love it too, I gave this one to my friend as a photography prop, I’ll make more and I must paint some with some fun illustrations, like I do with other things, but need to do more of here in my channel, thank you
I love your video's, so inspiring! I am very new to air dry clay - I have the clay but haven't had a chance to play yet. I love so many of your finishing technique's, especially the paint flicking and the adding in of small stone's. I'm going to try this with tiny crystals. Thank you for sharing your amazing talents!!
Thank you, I love giving the clay texture and a winner with the kids, I did a class with the end of last year and they loved it, great inspired minds in children ⭐️

I just found your channel a few days ago and subscribed. Not only do I love watching your videos I really enjoy listening to your voice. Very calm and soothing! And I absolutely love your work. Very talented!
Thank you that’s lovely. This is shop bought clay but when I have made my own this is what I’ve used: EASY Recipe ua-cam.com/video/ncn9bvdCN2Y/v-deo.html
I love the pebbles. I'm thinking of maybe using some colorful aquarium pebbles for a project or two. I like the sand too, and wish I still lived near the beach so I could get some crushed shells. I think that would be lovely. Thanks so much for this video. I really love all your videos.
I've been using many of your videos to help me make some pieces. I was wondering if you have experimented using dried flowers or leaves? Apologies if you covered that in a video already as i didn't see it. Thank you for all of your gorgeous ideas!
Thank you so much for your videos. A lot of work goes into this content. Quick question, is there a reason why people don't create big decor vessels or Vases and only make small trinkets?
Thank you, yep I do spend rather a long time, filming editing and all the bits in between, which is why my videos don’t come out as often as I’d like! I must do some larger items. I think it’s because it’s a good beginners craft and people start small and small is easier and more affordable I guess, big is good too 😊❤️
Good afternoon, what a nice idea to use small stones, could this also be done with colored pieces of glass? Because the air-drying clay shrinks when drying, I think the stones/pieces of colored glass come loose after drying?? love from the Netherlands 🖌️🎨🌞
Hi, these did stay in place as they are just small enough, so could do the same with tiny pieces of sea glass, I then sealed them in really well so they are permanently set in, thanks, happy crafting 😊☀️
I have done a few videos on waterproofing the air dry clay and today I have this video out: ua-cam.com/video/fFezVSbBqkw/v-deo.html where is make a large air dry clay plant pot with a vessel inside so you can water the plant 🪴
These are great tips and ideas! I haven't started with clay yet. I'm just watching videos and getting ideas. Can the mug and vase hold liquid? If yes, did you seal the inside with anything?
Great thanks. Air dry clay is not food safe but in many of my other videos I waterproof the clay for occasional water use, resin or polyurethane are my current favourites ua-cam.com/video/Q9rCGffLej4/v-deo.html

@@RedRockingBird I do have a few dragons, but I just can’t seem to make the clay do what I want it to do. 🙁. Maybe sculpting is just not my forte. 🤷♀️

DIY Air Dry Clay EASY Recipe ua-cam.com/video/ncn9bvdCN2Y/v-deo.html I find it’s only really cost effective if I have the ingredients in already, as here in the UK a block of ready bought air dry clay is fairly cheap and often comes on offer, best of luck
I’m a beginner at air dry clay. I have a quick question: if making the cup, is it only for decor or can it be used as a drinking cup? Thanks in advance for your reply.
This is really creative! I hope you don't mind me asking, but I've heard that air drying clay can give you silicosis, and now I'm not sure if its ever safe to use it? What do you think?
Thank you. Always if you have concerns do your research, or don’t proceed, and if me and I was worried about the dust, even when using ppe, I’d avoid sanding the clay completely and smooth the clay fully while wet, this is not advice just a thought. Happy crafting, there is something for everyone even if not air dry clay 😊
these are for decorative purposes only, as mentioned in video these were made as photography props for Lucy Jane Photography, air dry clay is not food safe, this is a video about adding texture
Iam sure the clay is not toxic, I work with airdry clay for centuries and it is safer than drinking from a plastic mug. Its made out of paper. Would not reccomend airdry clay though for cups and such since it will not hold water.
As far as I know the air dry clay is for decorative purposes ONLY. The author of this channel should be banned for directing people to the self harm. This is awful!!! Disgusting
@@olenaelizabethmartin7583 Easy there, absolutely NO NEED for such comments. This lady is very experienced and makes awesome art, this is very uncalled for.
